The Manager Claudia was completely rude , seemed like she just cared about getting the sale then helping with my needs was also too worried on her phone then helping . Worst experience at a metro !

Workers were unknowledgeable about my tablet issue. All they said was to factory reset. Not explaining. No friendly advise. No advise on what to do or not to do about my issue at all. Tha store itself offered some nice products I'll be looking into. But man. I gotta say tha staff was cold and unwelcoming. Ugh.

The employee's there look out for their customers! The CSR that helped me, Jose Martinez, was extremely nice! He explained all the deals on the phones, including specs for each phone, AND helped me with the problem I've been having with Amazon Prime! Give this man a raise ASAP.
