I went in to specifically buy the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE phone.
The two store associates helped me immediately, but they had difficulty porting my number.
When I reached my previous company, I had to ask the associate several questions. Obviously, they were not as familiar as I would have hoped.
When I chose my service options I told him I did not want any additional extras except for the $60 a month unlimited plan.
Instead I had $9 in extras applied to the monthly service charge and I had to call customer service in order to change these.
Also the in-store representative entered some random address for my mine. I specifically told the young lady my address twice. I even told her the story about my experience in Austin 8 months ago when they representative there did the exact same thing and just entered some random address for mine. Both blamed it on the computer autocompleting..... I did receive some nice extras upon my visit as Samsung phones no longer come with chargers and charging cords.
This was a nice ending to my visit but having to call customer service and get my monthly billing changed was quite a hassle.

One guy out of 3 staff members was a very good salesman. He was helping a friend, offering me extras beyond what my question was for one other saleswoman. The other man just sat off to the side quietly. If they could make 3 of the first salesman, the store would be doing great all the time. Another suggestion I would like to make is to have prices of any kind on any of their accessories. I felt they just requested whatever they felt like offering and I hate to ask for each and every item i was interested in. Chose not to buy anything extra because of this.

Went in for new service it’s was SUPER fast maybe around 10 minutes tops Angel made the progress really smooth I even got some headphones. 10/10 experience

Staff is very short, never smiling, my child talked to the manager and he never paid her attention or acknowledged her presence. The store was not busy. Not that she was the one shopping, but one can definitely speak and even smile at a child when they ask a simple question about the manager's role.Also, the service for these phones is extremely limited compared to Verizon. We haven't changed service carriers simply because we haven't taken the time to.

Best store out of the metro companies. Kayla is so sweet and patient. Make sure you stop by for her to help you. Great young lady. Restored all my stuff when phone broke.
