Metro is great. Their promo deals such as upgrades ect. do not last long so take advantage. Also Stacy over on 13st and Waco does her best to give u the deal of the day. ?

Came in store due to some issues my mother in law was having with her phone and her phone lines, stacy went above and beyond helping us out. She was great and very helpful. She answered all questions and concerns we had. Eva De La Cruz was also a great help and was very bubbly, loved the environment. We left happy and greatful for both of their help.

The customer service was great I couldn't have asked for mire clear detailed service. But I need I was home and started using phone its been downhill. The service constantly lags, is super slow I had to use wifi to get anything done. Not the metro service I was used too

I have to mention Stacy D., a sales rep at the Metro by T-Mobile store located in Waco, Texas, because she was awesome. She explained everything with a great attitude, and even mentioned how the T-Mobile network offered unmatched coverage areas and super-fast internet speeds. As well, T-Mobile has some awesone deals on phones and internet plans, with some phones being free despite their higher retail costs.
