“We have been with URS Medical for over 8 years now (could be closer to 10 years). URS is amazing! Everything from my case managers, insurance department, warehouse shipments, dietitian, to emergency supplies... URS has always been on point! I can count on one hand how many times I've had a minor problem but it was always handled promptly. My daughter's pump went out once and I had a new one next morning (less than 8 hours). I've literally only had one shipment issue which is remarkable to me. The last company I was with could never get it right. If your looking for a DME Company URS should be your first choice. “I just had a great experience here. I walked in, was acknowledged and properly seated right away. The visit with Pam the specialist for my CPAP equipment was amazing. She’s a great teacher, very friendly and I feel like I left there with the confidence of knowing how to use my first time sleep apnea device. I totally recommend this place. They did a great job with me, and it’s not often I leave a review, but I just feel like they went over and above to make sure I understood everything. They helped me download an app for sleep apnea, along with hands-on training with the device. I feel reassured that I will be very comfortable to set the machine up tonight at home myself!
