They need to not say online they have the exact product you are looking for online and show it listed in stock online.And when you call they put you on hold for 15 minutes,when you ask do you have this specific size and all and come back on the phone and say oh yes we have it then you drive all the way to the place of established and all this was a lie and they did not lay eyes and hands on it as they say on the phone total waste of my time and gas time.

Recently made a big purchase of 16-ft. shiplap boards (very hard to find at HD and Lowe's) and plywood sheets for another project. A first, was a bit p.o.-ed about some of the shiplap being damaged upon delivery, but McCoy's made it right by replacing the damaged boards. Then, the plywood was not the right lumber we needed, so we had to return it. We asked for it to be picked up (since we have no truck currently), and they did while giving us a refund. Thank you for making it right with us common folks, McCoy's! Would definitely do business with you again!

I called the store requesting Texas longhorn BBQ pits, since some other McCoys locations have them, but manager didn’t looks to helpful, looks like they are old style management, don’t want to hear recommendations from customers.

Horrible experience. Our window was delivered broken. Never received a replacement after months of promises. Had to hire another company to repair it. Our front door was warped. McCoy's has promised the replacement door for over a month now but nothing. It is always "on the truck", "going to be in tomorrow or the next day". Not trustworthy at all. Very upsetting. Not even the regional office will return yours calls.
