John Swaffle helped me he was amazing. I am having difficulties making sure my dad has what he needs. I went to another dealer claiming to have the bed I need. They did not have it. Went to mattress firm and John found it and gave me an amazing deal on exactly what we needed. This gave me so much relief. I'll be a customer for life. Waco store. John was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He made a difficult situation better and I am so grateful.

I dreaded this! This is an investment. My old bed that I inherited was 25 yrs old. I do not like pushy salesmen so I did a lot of research first and then choose Mattress Firm for all of the variety- they only sell mattresses. I went into the store with all my notes. Shane never said anything negative about the mattresses I checked out. However he would answer my questions and was very helpful with additional information about all the beds I chose never pushing a higher price mattress. I was allowed to chose what I wanted with no pressure involved. Shane was an awesome advisor not a salesman!

I walked into the store and was greeted by Miles, one of the sales associates. I told him the mattress I wanted, based on my needs and research I had conducted. He led me to the mattresses that he had, and I was able to make the exact purchase I wanted. I'll be receiving my mattress in my home in a few days! I was thrilled with Miles' assistance and giving me exactly what I specified. Amazing costumer service and delivery! I highly recommend shopping here!
