I love Marshalls as a store. This Marshall’s however is very unorganized and messy. The one in Temple is much more put together and organized like crazy!! Everything is just thrown around in here, and the employees get agitated if you’re there an hour before close.

Was told that marshals can take tjmax returns as long as I had the receipt and tags attached. Came to this location, waited in line for 20 minutes and the manager was called over. She refused to even try to take my return back and was kinda rude about it. They did not even try to scan the item or receipt claiming “the numbers are different” She was mid aged dirty blonde lady.
Next day I took it back to a different marshals and they took it back with no problems.

Cashiers are simply lazy and talkative. Lines get long although there is several cashiers up at front, all chatting and flirting with each other. There’s a few that do their job correctly. Others simply talk and ignore customers.

Cashier's were very nice...Just the 3rd of January, right after the holidays & only 2 Cashier's scheduled to take care of a line that was about 30 or more people long. Manager was trying to make himself look busy but not ding a thing to help out! He should have opened another register! Never again!

They have a good selection of items in the store and I had no issues shopping there. The customer service however, specifically at the register was very poor. There were about five people huddled together just chatting and joking and not helping customers when the line was very long. I was also thoroughly disgusted with the condition of the bathroom. As soon as I walked in there were towels and water all over the floor and it looked like the bathroom had been neglected for a while. When I walked into the stall there was used toilet paper on the floor with stains on it. Very disgusting. Pictures attached.
