Excellent place to spend a family trip, it is worth traveling to Waco to spend the day here in the park.

Mylene was an amazing waitress! She was quick to check on us, refill our coffee, help us with our to go order and boxes, and overall, extremely friendly! The food was fresh and tasted great. Biscuits and strawberry butter were delicious. We had the Everything Toast and the Kind Breakfast. Both were wonderful! We will return again ❤️

Long wait times, food reminded me of frozen meals warmed up. Not the best Customer service either.

It is not a sit down but a concessions stand. Very confusing when trying to figure out information quickly. Hours were also wrong and it was closed. So, not only disappointed on it not being a sit down but we could not even order a quick bite because it was closed. Ended up at the Magnolia Press and everything was outrageously over priced.

We were fortunate to visit when the shops and grounds were not very crowded and enjoyed our time. The grilled cheese sandwich from one of the food trucks was very good. The wife was especially enthused with the sister's garden shop.A lot to peruse and very well kept up.

The market itself is pretty with a lot going on. We stopped in for the food trucks. A rainy day is not the best time to visit. Lots of cool outdoor activities to do while here!

We went on a Tuesday and it was fairly busy. We are glad we came on a weekday instead of a Saturday! The staff in the shops are friendly, the value seems to have gone up a decent amount in years. Luckily, they have 10% off perk that you can sign up for and use all day at all the stores, so that helped us a lot! It's fun to walk around and spend the day at while in Waco.

I'm shocked this place doesn't have an abundance of 5 star reviews. As soon as you walk up the steps we were greeted by a friendly security guard he smiled and welcomes us in. As soon as we step foot in the magnolia store you smell the soft scents that that you naturally associate with holidays. The store is beautiful with everything you can think of. I went into all the stores and the church and each one was just as well thought out as the previous. So many cute items, useful things and chic furniture. Prices are a little steep but that's to be expected and I feel the quality is there to justify it. Final stop was the bakery and no disappointments from me I would totally recommend to stop by. How could you be in Waco and not stop by Magnolia.

It's good! There are many facets to the Magnolia Market & Garden. The market is chock-full of great finds for a farmhouse chic feel and aesthetic for home decor, clothing, and knickknacks. Also-- the people (locals and visitors alike) are piling in to see and get their hands on a piece of the empire. There's a sale section, and a discounted "dent and scratch" section (very smart). The Magnolia compound is family-friendly w/ a guestbook to sign. (Yet another clever idea). On the whole, Chip and Joanna have done (and continue to do) a great thing here for the Waco community-- and they're doing it right!

I've been to the silos a couple of times and it was okay. But personally felt it overpriced for what they have to offer. I truly like what Chip and Joanna represent and have done for the town of WACO. I made my absolute last purchase from MAGNOLIA. And I've purchased quite a few items from them online. I will also stop all the magazine subscriptions I've given to family and friends.I purchased four pricey carpets from them for a home we were building, of course we didn't get in at the expected date. so when we finally got in, all the carpets looked beautiful. One carpet started to separate literally. Absolutely no issues with any of the other three pieces. I called customer service , which looked up my account and had all my information. Had me take pictures and email them to them. Only to get a call back that the carpet was out of warranty. The carpets have been on my floors for one month. We purchased before the house was finished. we have proof the date we move in. Not to mention all other three carpets are good, it obviously a defective carpet piece but it didn't matter to Magnolia Customer Service. I've waited awhile to write this review so I didn't make this a hateful review.GOODBYE MAGNOLIA!

Better and better each year! We drove down for the one day, Saturday then stayed overnight. Better if you visit on a Friday to get to do everything. Sunday alot is closed! Most places to eat other than normal chains are closed. We love new places to try.Music is great. Find a place to sit in shade! They definitely need more tables for this big event in October.Bathrooms use to be the issue, solved that, so now covered seating.Wish they had more shopping of small items. So many areas to walk around. Pastries always lined up.All the food trucks are great. Saw a couple of shady people this visit but they do not charge entrance fee. They do have security walking around.Put this on your calendar!

We had to investigate all the hype about visiting the Magnolia Table and Silos as seen on HGTV. We first had a nice breakfast at Magnolia Table. The overall ambiance and atmosphere was incredible including our service. After breakfast we drove over to the Magnolia Silos. That was a wow experience with everything going on there. The shops were well stocked and uniquely designed. They even have a church and a very nice ball field. There were many food vendors at the silos in case you missed Magnolia Table. There was a fantastic Magnolia coffee shop and bakery in the area. We were overall impressed with everything we visited and recommend everyone to place this on their bucket list.

I was there around 2pm, there was no one in line. The employee took his time to help me though he sees me there. Once he helped, he looked unhappy to take my order, didn't say a word until I asked for the deviled egg snack box and he said they were out. The chicken salad sandwich was ok, the bread was dry and flaky. The price was good.
