Customer of 20 years or more. Always been a happy customer....... until now. Waited 20 mins in the drive-thru for Debra to be rude when I pulled up when it was my turn. Gave me the paper to sign.... held the paper out the window for her she just left me hanging while she did something else. She's NOT the person to be working with people if she's going to be rude!!!!

I give them 5 stars plus. I have used Lynn's for years and have always found them more than helpful. I have a specific allergy to some ingredients in medications and they go out of their way to make sure I get the correct prescriptions and research new ones to make sure they do not contain those ingredients (they find alternatives if needed). My life depends on them helping me and I know one of the big box pharmacies would never do the same. I will always go out of my way to make sure they are the only pharmacy I use.

The price of prescriptions are unfortunate but justifiable. Supply and demand, blah blah blah. What isn't justifiable is this pharmacy's mistakes that ultimately lead to me paying even more for the medication. This is in the form of multiple trips driving back to the pharmacy(3 times) and multiple times of them not adding the medicine to insurance. I have been getting my medication here for about 5 years due to their compounding abilities and about 5 years with no fix. Just disappointed.

They used to be a very good pharmacy but then I don’t know what happened. I guess when Lynn left it went down hill. They started getting my medication dosages messed up and flip flopping and going from high to low in one medication and then they did it again with another medication.I mean this is Major stuff when you’re dealing with medication!!! This happened several times. I would have to speak to the pharmacist because the staff never got anything straight!!! I totally agree with the lady below on her review that it’s out of control in the building. That’s the whole problem of mix ups on medications and everything! Never the same people and they don’t know what they’re doing and don’t have a clue about your medicine. That’s why I always wound up asking to speak to the pharmacist. So finally I had enough and out of frustration I told the manager what I thought and that I would go to another pharmacy if they didn’t stop all this mess!! The manager Troy being unapologetic about everything he said go somewhere else!!! That I have to go somewhere else. So not only are they incompetent and unprofessional but he was nasty and unsympathetic to what he was doing . Not wanting to admit any errors I wouldn’t give one star if I had to!!!

This pharmacy used to be a very good pharmacy I had no complaints ever about them I have used them for years since 2020 or 2021 til now its been nothing but problems with them they can never keep the same people like they used to it's always different people the drivers are amazing people I love them it's just the people that work in the building as of 2023 this pharmacy is out of control I done talked to some many people n asked them to please send all prescriptions all at once and that's for everyone in our home n still they don't listen they do as they please ??♀️??♀️they have become worser over the years I will not be using them ever again

I have been using Lynn's for years and was normally satisfied with them but now I'm a 3 year cancer patient on chemo medicine and here recently they say that they are out of my medicine or can't get my medicine just alot of miscommunication one pharmacy tech tells me they ordered it for the next day and another says they can no longer get it which is it ?? I went to get another prescription Friday and they said they were completely out I had to wait till Monday and so that left me all weekend without and they didn't even have loaners so just really disappointed lately enough to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere

I was a hospice patient for the past year, and Lynn's LaVega Pharmacy made getting my many meds effortless.The delivery service is greatly appreciated.Now I've been "graduated" from hospice care, and will gladly continue to use Lynn's as MY pharmacy.

Terrible terrible terrible! Constant lies on multiple fronts from multiple managers. They claim they deliver then they don't. They don't make the customer aware when the meds are ready. There are lots of other options and I suggest using them!

Terrible customer service. I went in today with a concern and stood there for more than 20 minutes. Plenty of workers walking around me and no one said anything. They just ignored me. Let me add I was the only customer in there too.First and last time going.
