Can't shop here anymore. Online says it's in stock, tons of boxes up top and the bays are a huge mess and practically empty. Save sometime and shop elsewhere.

Lowe’s Home Improvement store located in Waco, Texas is below average. Especially the Garden Center. We visited this location on June 16, 2024 and their selection of flowers and plants is not what we expected. Typically Lowe’s carries a good selection of flowers/plants but at this particular location that is not the case.

terrible check out process... nothing better than waiting 15 minutes for 20 people to self checkout and workers just stand there.

Horrible service no one at lawn n garden register woman in the working in the area said she couldn't help us . Didn't understand that because she was an employee had to walk all the way back inside to purchase what was needed . Guys working in the back waved at me to bring him my receipt and was upset that wli didn't want the pallet I js wanted the bags of mulch I paid for . I think they were upset they had to load it on my trailer. They need to work with there employees on how to greet people.

We were getting rebar. It was Lowe’s with a Home Depot feel. Focused on getting the DIYers and Pros in, out, and on the job. Saturdays can be busy, be ready for traffic.
