My employer has started ordering more often from Lowe’s Pro Waco and has been very happy with their delivery service! Richard, our delivery driver, is amazing! Always friendly, greets you with a smile, delivers any size order with ease, he has been an excellent representation of your company, and we get the same courteous service EVERY visit??! Praise those that take pride in their work! You are very appreciated Richard!! Thank you!!

I give this store 0 stars. This is the worst store I've ever shopped. Now when you need remolding it take a contractor at least 6 months after they give you their bid . Dont go to Lowe's to buy the materials because any left over materials Lowe's refuses to take back if longer than 3 months . well you can't get the work done that quick . They don't care they refuse to return unlike all the other stores around with the same policy they understand you can't get the work done within the 3 months.Now I'm stuck with all the left over materials I can't use .

Never again! Bought washer dryer combo $2k , paid for "professional installation " and also paid to have old washer/dryer hauled off. Ok so they were not delivered on the day agreed on and then refused to haul off old washer/ dryer. After many phone calls finally got that taken care of , now the installation was a joke and not complete, they had to come back another day to finish , which was even more time off work. What a joke , again don't di it. Find some where else to make purchases please or you will regret it I promise. Now let's get to the washer , it's a maytag pet smart. The washer sounds like it's going to fall apart, it's scary. It shakes and vibrates violently, not exaggerating! It's horrible! Almost unusable, of course lowes said no extended warranty, can't help! Keep in mind its less than 2 months old! Never again! They will never get another dime from me, they don't deserve it.

I have always been a customer of Lowes but I have had the worse experience with new appliance service recently. My wife and I went to Lowes this July and were looking at dishwashers and ended up purchasing all new kitchen appliances. Refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher and even new washer and dryer. The sales guy Ramon was awesome but after the purchase, everything went bad. The first delivery was on 7-24-23 and our stove was damaged. The guys left the damaged stove and I had to reach out to Lowes for a replacement and set up a new time to meet the delivery guys. The delivery was made for the replacement on 7-28-23 and the delivery guy let me know that the replacement had some minor damage to the back legs but I didn't want to go through this again and excepted it as is. Our microwave and dishwasher had a later delivery date of 8-1-23 and my wife made arrangements to be off so the installer could install them. After the install, the guys cycled the dishwasher three times and it was leaking around the seal. They said it looked defective and I again had to contact the store to make arrangements to have another one delivered and installed. We were told the item wasn't in stock and it had to be ordered from distribution hub. On August 4th I received a call from Lucy at the local store telling me that my dishwasher was in and a delivery and install date would be on 8-5-23. Again, we made arrangements to meet the installers, but no one ever called or showed up. Today is 8-7-23 and now I am being told that this is escalated, and I would receive a call from the install team to set up a time. This is not good customer service at all. My wife and I spent a lot of money, and it seems that nobody cares to follow up with us on our situation and its very sad that we as the customer have to chase down our items that we purchased.

Not a local person for this Lowes in Waco, but needed to order an oven to be delivered to a house there in town. Ordered online July 4, 2023, for purchase and installation plus 4 year protection plan to be delivered July 18th. That date came and went, and a new date was given of July 22nd, and then finally July 24th, from 8AM-12PM. Received an email early in the day that it was to be rescheduled. I called the main number and waited over 30 min to speak to a representative who let me know the appliance was delivered to the Waco Lowes on July 21st. I called the local store two times, once at 10:07AM and again at 10:45AM in appliances, Raymond never returned my call back hence the second call. After a third call, they let me know the oven had been misplaced and they were looking for it and would call me back and let me know something/anything. Not another word until I received a text about delivery for July 29th. Yea it was delivered, but apparently to install the oven is another appointment that each person I spoke with failed to mention to me as well as the online portion of my order. That costs even more money despite the fact that in the description portion of the oven, it clearly states "if you are replacing the oven of the same model, it is guaranteed to fit". The lack of knowledge and or caring about customer satisfaction is minimal here. I realize everyone is short handed, but I have replaced several appliances in the last 7 months and this one was full of problems. Not sure Lowes appliances will get any more of my business. Just to mention each person I spoke with was kind, but they never went above and beyond to really care. Appliance has been returned and will be purchased elsewhere.

I went in the Waco store to buy lights. I got the lights and went to the lumber section. The sales associate was nice and said hello and asked did I need help. The so called "associate on isle 14 in the door and accessories department was useless!!!. I said HI how are you. He looked right at me. He didn't speak or ask if I needed help. I said I guess he can't talk as I walked by. He said "no I dont!" OK WHY ARE YOU HERE SIR IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB!!!??? The people in that store are useless! They see a customer they run the other way!

This store has deteriorated to the point where it is nothing but a trash dump! Merchandise is scattered in many of the wrong bends and it is difficult to determine the price of any item! The store isles are cluttered and filthy with unopened and unshelved boxes stacked everywhere, even completely blocking some isles!The stores restroom was also filthy with discarded paper and trash all over the floors! The employees seemed disinterested in helping customers and most completely ignored shoppers! In years past, this was my chosen home improvement store, but Home Depot is looking better and better after each visit to Lowe's! It is obvious that the stores manager either doesn't care about the stores appearance or doesn't have a clue how to manage a home improvement store!I live in Waco Texas, not San Francisco!

Be careful ordering from this Lowe's. I ordered all my appliances for a remodel job at the Waco, Lowes. In my order was a Cosmo brand stove. The stove is very poorly constructed. Thin metal, legs don't fit into the housing securely causing it to wobble and lurch forward while using. They had no floor or model to inspect before buying. The stove has been installed for 2 months. When I called the manufacturer I could not speak to a person, only chat. After much back and forth Chat person said the installation was bad and I needed it to hire an authorized installer to check it out. I needed help finding one. I called one of the Store Managers seeking assistance. They told me they are not able to assist. They could not use the same installation resources when you purchase because the unit was already installed and kept spouting their policy that you have to report all issues within 48 hours of delivery. The unit was not installed for a couple of months after delivery - it was a construction job. Appliances don't get installed the day they are delivered. Very disappointed in this Lowe's hands off, it is not our problem customer service approach and even more disappointed that they don't even attempt to try and help when they can. My suggestion - Go to Home Depot.

We ordered a curbside pickup at the Waco Lowes in the garden center for some pavers. My husband pulled up to the gate, as instructed from the employee inside, across from another vehicle on the side. A Lowes associate came out, pointed at my husband, raising her voice & demanding he move back. Not asking, but demanding. I came in from the store as another associate was asking me if this was our order. I said I guess, as there was another customer there, & I thought you had the receipt. The associate that raised her voice to my husband approaches me, sarcastically stating that they do not get receipts & do not know what people order. I explained that she doesnt have to speak to me in an unprofessional, discourteous manner & that we are not experts on Lowes processes for pickup. My husband then walked up behind me & told her "all you had to do was ask me to move my car versus demanding & raising your voice at me, as if you were a traffic cop". She once again raised her voice while waving her arms at my husband & asks, "well what did you think this other guy was doing over here & why would you park there in the first place? That is common sense"! He stated he had no clue where to park, was going off what the employee inside stated, had no clue what the other individual was doing there & that you don't speak to people like that. Out of nowhere, she yells out "What are you going to do, hit me!". What!!! He was standing behind me & never gave any indication of that. All this time, she is covering her name tag up with the clip board so we could not identify her ( I believe her name was Patricia but not certain) Then this associate waves us off & says Im so tired. At this point, I got upset & said "so what, boo hoo we all are". Needless to say, we were both baffled by this.Through this scene a nice young associate approached us with our pavers on the cart, he apologized for the incident & we decided to load our own pavers. When we returned home, I called the store manager to complain about the garden associates. She said she was sorry and that this should not have happened. I did explain if it wasnt addressed, ours would likely not be the only call today. She said thank you and that was it.We have been going to this store for a very long time & have always had excellent service. But as Im sure youre aware, it only takes 1 incident like this to have a negative impact & completely change a customers viewpoint of a business. While I understand that everyone has a bad day, that behavior was COMPLETELY unwarranted. At this point, we are uncomfortable visiting this store again based on this incident today & there are other stores that gladly welcome customers who are Veterans & treat others with respect. I sincerely hope that management addresses this issue & I would appreciate a follow up response.Regards

Got to experience the full impact of their business model. Heretofore, I have bought a number of tools and appliances from this waco store with no incidents. This time, I had difficulty with the routine installation of a gas stove. I smelled gas. I spent MUCH WASTED Time trying to get help from customer service, Lowes Installalation and their outrageously useless online chat. Eventually the installation department flat refused to help.I called in a local business and got the hook-up completed. I learned that the original problem came from the DEFECTIVE installation kit that LOWES sold me. Attempting to get anywhere with this entity is time consuming and ultimately fruitless. so NO I did not request a refund.

Today in the outdoor the lines were long and people left after five mins to go checkout inside because there was only one cashier and he was ridiculously slow I watched as he made several elderly women take each item out of their baskets to hand to him at the register. I was third in line and not in a hurry ended waiting over 20 mins to finally get to the head of the line. I asked the cashier why he hadn't requested another cashier and I got a blank stare (Maduro). I handed him my first items and asked to speak to a manger. He called and then stood with his arms crossed a didn't react. I asked him was he going to check me out and he said No, you asked for a manager. I reiterated "what , you're not going to check me out?" he replied you asked for a manager. I asked 3 more times ( getting louder with each repeat) that he needed to check me out and he refused me service. Finally Matt (reportedly a manager) started giving me the third degree and as I started explaining Matt started word play on everything I said. I finally told him that it's the managers fault Maduro doesn't know what he's doing and needs further training to which Matt said "so it's my fault" I said "yes!" I was told to have a good day as Matt turned, walking away and brushed me off....... So either Lowes employees are racist toward Native Americans, the elderly, or Military retirees or they're simply poorly trained and motivate employees who DO NOT have the customer centric mentality.

I recently went here to get a key copied, not only was I astounded by the lack of customer service but by the aggression of the employees. That day I left this Lowe's simply in tears due to being humiliated when the lowe's key maker raised his voice at me repeatedly to the point where customers passing the aisle stopped out of concern. I wills never be supporting the business again, and cannot simply believe the level of unprofessionalism of this location. Do not go here!
