This guy sucks. He doesn’t answer the phone and he sells cars with no good titles ! Have to file for a bonded title after being charged for a title !! Never again

Haven't made up my mind. I went to get a vehicle because mine was stolen. Walked the lot and inspected all the vehicles. Was impressed by a good looking 2004 Mercedes cLK500... It was closing time so I came back the next day to test drive the vehicle. When I got there he had I pulled in ready to drive., but there was a bettery charger on the car. He unplugged it and I started the car, got out and listened. The car sounded good. Went for a drive, had power and drove as a Mercedes should. So I bought it.Since then and a year later I've replaced the battery, alternator.,radiator and tank,ac compressor, serpentine Belt and have spent over 3000 dollars having it towed to the Mercedes dealershipBut know this i bought a used vehicle from a man that told me upfront he bought his cars from auction. I believe Gary is a honest man. Like him or not you buy a used vehicle you have to expect some issues.

The owner showed up about 30-45 minutes after "open time" looked at a few vehicles. Asked a few questions, which he seemed fine with until I asked about a check engine light. He said he could scan it and tell me what the code was and when I agreed he got mad and started yelling. Obviously did not want me to actually know what was wrong with engine. Started screaming "people like you always ask a bunch of questions" I told him of course most people ask questions when purshasing a vehicle. He continued to yell, though I was taken back by his disrespectful behavior I said, alright sir have a good day. He got louder and proceeded to yell obscenities at me as I left. If there was a zero star option, that's what I would give. Might as well rebuild from a junk yard, would be less of a risk.

Bought a 2014 Nissan Visa, car looks good, had a small problem with the battery not charging! Luckily I went to (KINDS automotive) and got it fixed for almost nothing. Make sure you inspect the whole car before buying, I found a lot of little things wrong with the car! Not in major though!

Purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra AS IS and he was clear on that part , did not have one problem with it I loved it but within a few months a sensor went out and would cause it to stall and turn off or give me trouble starting , paid a good 200 to get it fixed but overall it was a great purchase , I LOVE LOVE LOVED the car it was like BRAND NEW!!! Unfortunately I was involved in a hit and run and they ruined my poor baby (car) and I no longer have it, but For 4500 total great deal , I’d recommend this place to anyone ..

To the single mom who is considering spending her entire savings on a good reliable car, I would like to share with you my experience from shopping at Loop Auto. I paid $5500 for my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander ES which yes, I LOVE that it is in good cosmetic condition. However, one week after driving me to work, and my son to daycare, the alternator goes out. Had I known the alternator was already faulty when I bought it, I would have had only been willing to pay $4,800 for it.I don’t usually write negative reviews, even after receiving the worst experience at a place. However, I do feel very encouraged to give the next hard working and trustful customer a heads up after I not only spent $700 on parts and labor, but also struggled for a week, meanwhile my alternator was able to get situated. I’m a first time buyer and have limited car knowledge, but based off of the advice I’ve received, if I could have done one thing differently before purchasing, I would have asked to run a diagnostic scan on it beforehand. Good luck!
