Be aware they take there time fixing things Labor charges are expensive! Bulk head fitting had broke he removed jam nut and fitting replaced fitting with new quick connect and new glad hand which we had. Then adjusted brake on trailer and charged an hour and half for Labor!!! This is less than an hour of a job for someone who does not do stuff like this for a living! That’s absolutely ridiculous and such a rip off!!!!So I called the service manager Zach and asked why was this so much in Labor. he said the truck was here an hour and half we charge $175 an hour labor. I said don’t you think that a quite expensive for the job done. Zach replied that all depends on how you perceive it. The truck was here an hour and half we charged an hour and half labor.Ok so the truck he got there at 3pm they pulled the truck in fixed air line fitting adjusted trailer brakes pulled truck out of bay he checked out at 4:30pm so your telling me he work on the truck the whole hour and half. What a jerk Zach you really should be a-little nicer.I usually do not write reviews but this struck me the wrong way! Very rude! We could have went and bought the stupid tool and done this in 30 minutes!

This the best Dealership I have ever been to or had any work done. Everyone from the Service Department, Parts Department especially the Mechanics Mathew, and Kade all went way above and beyond to get me back on the road. This Dealership is an example of what they all should be. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing anything at all. You won't be disappointed.

Brought a truck we bought from a sister dealership in July 2022 for repairs within the first month. Got it back and another few weeks and back for repairs. Ultimately truck was down 3-4 months roughly out of the first six, and still experience issues.

Truck was losing power we came here after they closed during the bad ice storm. When they opened the next morning told them what was wrong and they got the mechanic on it right away. Best customer service that we have ever experienced. Very knowledgeable. Thank you all for getting us back on the road so fast!

Took my 2020 freightliner in the 1st for warranty work which they did do. I asked them to check and advise on an air leak and to do a load test on my batteries to see if they were good and to check and advise which they never did! They did fix the air leak which was a bad drain valve on my air tanks and replaced all my batteries with gel batteries @ 380.00 a piece without asking thus the check and advise! This is work I could have done and I probably would have not put high $ gel batteries in. I ate the cost on that due to the fact I needed to get back out on the road and make some $ after being down for 5 days. Check engine light came on again after about a month. Warranty work again.Def inlet and outlet NOx sensors by the way. Told them to check and advise again. No check and advise again! They also said they found a coolant level warning code. There was no code that popped up on that and on top of that I had the coolant sensor and reservoir replaced 5 months prior! They tried to charge me 325.00 $ to clear that code. I told them #1 you didn't check and advise. #2 that problem has already been addressed 5 months ago! Bottom line they don't check and advise and they tried to charge me for something that wasn't wrong. Comes as very shady! I'm an owner op. I work hard for my $ and don't appreciate shops like this trying to steal it from me. They will never see another truck in my possession! Would not advise going here!

Thank you lonestar freightliner shop and staff. When I pulled up to the location, Mrs Pam quickly wrote up all my concerns with my truck and trailer. After getting with her mechanics and doing a road test. Mr Corey was able to work on my truck and was able to correct the problems in a timely manner and was able to get me back on the road. Thank you again longstanding freightliner for your great customer service.

Stopped in last thur, have brand new trk with both steer axle hubs oilers leaking 3000 miles on it, very friendly staff and mechanics, got me right in and replaced both steer axle hub oilers. Coulda changed out rubber caps but they did it the right way. Would highly recommend, call ahead of course , sometimes they get busy so better to give them a heads up.

They have treated us well so far. Most of our repairs have come out fixed as well at this location. A lot of freightliner dealers can be impersonal or rude, forgetful and impatient but I don't get those vibes at this location. I'd say get to know your service rep and parts guys. The better you know them the more information and service will come back to you. The parts department is fast here too... unlike in Dallas where both locations can have really long lines.

Typical dealership runaround. Know it all superiority complex attitudes, overpriced, terrible repairs. When they mess up they don't take responsibility and basically stone wall you. There are plenty of smaller shops in Waco that do much better work. AVOID if you want it done right the first time.

Turned my truck in on a Monday and they told me they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Thursday, even though there was another driver there waiting who had got there and was getting his truck worked on the same day. Now sure how that works, but there it is. After two weeks of having my truck they finally got done with it. However, when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t put my diagnostics plug back where it belongs. They just left it dangling under the dash after putting everything else back in place. They didn’t even bother to put one of the bolts back on the plastic floor rail. Just left it loose on the floorboards. They did fix all the problems I turned it in for, so there’s that.

I would like to give big kudos to the mechanics!! My truck has never ran this good since I had it. It’s breathing better and now a good strong take off. I would especially like to thank Zack for his professionalism in the service department. While my truck was down for about a week. Zack would keep updated on my truck and parts being ordered.Thank you so much team Waco !!I’m one happy trucker now !! I found me a new terminal to get my truck worked on the right way!!Thank you all !!!
