My family has used Ledford's for decades, and he's never steered us wrong. He's always provided a fair price and worked with us when the issue is beyond reasonable repair so we weren't out financially. We trust Ledford with all our cars.

Ledfords motors and there people are rude and unprofessional. They take weeks just to inspect a moter for rebuild. The Lady ,Secretary or Owner is very rude and puts you down on the phone. Treating you like she is something more in life then you are. They send out missing parts in there rebuild kits. Then swear that you never pay for the parts when you have a paid invoice from them. The work is over priced,Takes to long and then your talk to like you trash.

I have used this mechanic shop for over a year now and they are just fantastic. They do it correctly and completely the first time and always find the cheapest way possible to fix things while still using quality parts. For example, I had my alternator go out a few months ago, and they replaced it with a brand new one the same day for far less than the average repair cost. It's really hard to find honest mechanics, and these are the first ones I've been satisfied with in the Waco area. The only thing is that they do tend to have a bit of a backlog sometimes, so if you need something repaired you have to call it in a few days in advance or expect your car to just wait there for a few days.

Straight up real mechanics! They understand how things work, and fix them accordingly. Call first. With limited space, they try not to have cars waiting around. Book an appointment, and trust what they tell you!

I would not use these clowns very unprofessional they don't do what they say they will do. And they don't do a good job of cleaning or putting parts back together. I would use swedes of waco instead.
