I took my rabbit here when he was having some ear problems and the service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and were very knowledgeable! It’s been hard finding places that treat rabbits in the area..I’m so glad I went here.

Never answers phone. I’ve called throughout the day starting at 8am, then 10am twice then 12 twice then 2pm twice. Lazy and rude staff when they finally answered. These people don’t care about their customers so don’t expect them to care about your animals.

My dog was so anxious and fought every bit of her checkup, but the staff at Lake Air never gave up! They listened to me and kept trying to get my baby through a very tough and dramatic visit. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind even though Leisl was so combative.

I believe that they have a good heart and good intentions. They handle the putting him to sleep and cremation very well, but when it came to my other shih tzu dog surgery, There was a bit of a discrepancies which led to my dog being rejected and my wife expelled from the property. as the man of the house tried to work it out as nice as possible without confrontation,but they weren't having it. Other than that, if they would let me deal with them and not my wife, that would be great.

I can't speak highly enough of how amazing the staff has been with my dog. She started going as a puppy and loves everyone there. Once she realizes where we are, she is so excited and practically drags me inside. She doesn't mind getting a shot because she's getting loved on from everyone. She's a bullmastiff, so she's not dainty, but once she's there, she's just like a tiny puppy

These are the nicest people I have ever come across at a vet. They are not expensive either & they care about your pets well-being, I definitely recommend Lake Air Animal Hospital. My female Shih Tzu has a large mammary tumor & I was worried to death about her, they are going to do the surgery for cheaper than anyone else. They also helped me out by explaining a lot of details about her cancer, when I left from there, I felt so much calmer about my dogs situation. 5 stars for this Vet!!!

My pet is usually very nervous about going to the vet for a visit. It's very stressful for him. He left Dr. Ainsworth's clinic with a wagging tail.
