For the most part kohls gives you a good shopping experience. Great deals and sales especially when they have their clearance event were you take another 50% off the already clearance price. The Kohl's cash, Rewards money they give you monthly. Yes they are a good place to shop.

I hadn't been to a Kohl's since my late father in law passed away because we used to go every year before Christmas and he would buy me 2 big houses or businesses for our Christmas town display . It had become a tradition for the 2 of us and so I finally went in there this year and it brought joy and pain but definitely a blessing for the memory . Kohls has a very nice variety and selection of clothing , shoes, bedding, makeup , perfume and hand bags along with kitchenware .

Good selection but clothes are not kept neatly displayed. Not very much pride taken in their work from looking at the way the merchandise is displayed.

One of the managers went out of her way Just to make sure that I was well taken care of & got what I was looking for. She stayed with me for at least 45 minutes. Very Patient Lady.

The store was stocked with a good selection of Christmas gifts. A floor mgr. stopped me to ask how she could help (l am older and was alone.) I told her what l needed and she took me to where my item could be found, then asked if l needed anything else to include could she carry the item fo me. I didn't need any more help and thanked her. She left.
There were about 10 other customers in line at checkout where l met her again. I recognize this entire interaction was early in holiday shopping, but at no time was she impatient, impolite or disrespectful...all behaviors l have witnessed/experienced by various sales personnel in stores in the past...especially r/t my being older and the assumption by them l might be 'slow'.
I will say l am not that swift with technology advancements, but my money/credit is up to date as is my memory.
