The store is pricey and clearly prices items targeting middle class Americans with a larger budget. That aside the employees are always nice and the products are always beautiful, they do have pretty decent sales days before Christmas and right after Christmas, I have also found some good black Friday deals here too.

My wife ordered a table on line. It arrived on schedule and was left on the porch. It was very large and heavy difficult for two older people to move inside but we did. Upon opening the box we found several pieces broken. We contacted Kirklands main office and requested them to arrange to have it picked up and a full refund. We did everything they requested. Weeks later the boat anchor, that's all it's good for, is still taking up space in our living room. There's no customer service. If it wouldn't offend my neighbors I'd drag it out in the street. Don't shop with them online. We won't even go to the store now.

Very nice and clean store, with lot's to choose from candles, lamps,pictures,soaps, baskets, chairs and pillows and more. Great customer service too? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This store its like my happy place, do you see that smile only my family and kirklanda make me smile like that ?, the employees there are very helpful and nice and you can always find coupons, nothing but love for this store!

This is a really fun, clean, relaxing place to shop. Absolutely enjoy shopping here because items are organized and easy to find. It's such an easy store to maneuver. You can always find good sale on some items and their products are good quality. The bathroom is located in the back of the store and is very clean. This place is located at the central market place so there is plenty of parking available including wheelchair accessible spots. However,the entrance of the store is not easily accessible by wheelchair or if you're pushing a stroller. They have the best customer service and products. Great quality of home decor stuff at reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
