Just called to ask if they could rodum dip my wedding ring to make the white gold bright again. Instead of trying to understand what I was asking for the lady laughed at me And said they don't sell plated stuff?
Kinda crazy a repair plce can't repair the products they advertise repairing….
Very rude definitely lost my respect and business.
