I wish I could give negative stars. They kept my car for 4 weeks and sent it back with a cut in the seat the first time. The second time I took it in, because they are the ONLY place in waco that deals with lexus hybrids, they ripped the bottom off my car with no apologies. They had the nerve to charge me $200 for diagnostics after sending me out with damage they did in the shop. They also lied about the cost of the repair and told me my car wasnt worth anything. I found a repair shop that come s to your house for $7000 dollars less than this place quoted me. The only reason they are in business is because waco has no other options. Its sad and pathetic they take advantage of people to this degree with no accountability. They are not professional and take advantage of women. They talked to me like I was ignorant and bullied me when I asked them to repair the damage their shop did.

He had the part in stock and charged me a fair price.
**FYI know you year, model and trim level also take a copy of your VIN number with you as many parts are now VIN specific.

Worst experience, idk why I took my truck here to get it fix is been over 2 months and still not ready. I called a couple of times to get updated and the manager working my truck was always busy.

The service department is very knowledgeable. I also bought my car here and they don't charge you just to be charging you they quoted me one price but when it came time to pay I was informed that it was alot less. Very honest. Recently I bought a 2023 hybrid Sienna, from a man named Cody. He works in the used car lot. He is the best he ordered the car I wanted and it came in about a month. He is the best and I recommend going to him if you need a car. I am sure he can find you anything you need. Please go there to buy your next vehicle you won't be disappointed.
