George caddick has avoided phone calls emails and given false dates multiple times. I highly recommend avoiding this tax group. It is unfortunate a company would hold themselves to such low standards and that a tax professional would lie about having paperwork ready multiple times.

The payroll system is great and updated byt the customer service is not good, they're not personable nor spend time explaining which is why we chose to go to a friendlier company. We appreciate the months we were with them and I would give the payroll system a 5 star but the service, I give a 1
