Extremely rude sales associate would not offer me the family first responder discount. When I told her I was dependent on one she looked at me and snarking said no! Okay girl! Next time there’s a flood or hurricane it doesn’t matter that my parents have to go to a hospital and work 24 hours plus in a row! Disrespectful.

First time I ever had a experience at this establishment. And this is the only James Avery that I go to. I may be mistaken but I think her name was Alex. Young lady was rude to me and my niece. She kept looking at her apple watch for some reason. Very short with the answer to questions. And we had a specific place to the placement of a charm. Charm wasn't placed there and she acted like it wasn't her concern. They took the bracelet back only to put the charm on backwards. We wanted to purchase 2 more charms, so we asked her if she asked if they could put them on and she so nonchalantly said "no" and once again clicked on her apple watch. Never have I ever been treated so rudely at this location. And I have 3 bracelets and many rings all purchased at this location.

Clean, lots of inventory. Bought 2 charms and had one removed...the lady tried keeping our jump ring then saying it would cost $5 should we want to put back on...I wanted the jump ring back

This will forever be my jewelry place! I absolutely love the staff in Waco, TX store! Easy in/out process. They keep you completely informed. I actually live in Oklahoma & the process is definitely not as smooth. The store is difficult to get to & too time consuming which is why I just waited until I drove all the way back to Waco! Worth the wait! I had a necklace repair completed on an older piece that I wear faithfully.
