customer service was pretty bad, paid to get an installation, still didn’t work after paying and didn’t get any answer from the person who did it or why it wouldn’t work. If you don’t know how to install then don’t do it as a job

I have always gone to Jack's for all of my Audio work on my vehicles. I have never had a bad experience. The guys have always had a good attitudes. Wes did an amazing job with my window tint. Very Afforable and reasonable. Will always send people to Jack's Stereo .

I have utilized Jacks stereo for around 15 yrs I’ve had all 6 of my cars done there for tint stereos viper system alarms they have always given me a great deal and quality work if there came an issue they were willing to fix it. Customer Happy Face is Always in their Place. Spirit of Excellence Blessings Mr. Law.

Took my car in to get a rigged wiring job fixed. They re-did my wiring and charged me a pretty good price, definitely gonna keep these guys in mind when it’s time to upgrade the current system.

Just got front 2 windows retinted, only to find out that they broke at least one of the door panel clips on the driver side, numerous discoloration marks on both front doors. And no one there said a word except to not use windows for 3 days... NEVER getting my business again! Wish I had seen the posts first before going there.

Literal nutcases standing out back making threatening gestures at the people in the back parking lot behind uncle dans. Also over priced junk for sale sorry not sorry. Put your psycho techs on a leash before they hurt someone.

This place is a joke and the people that call themselves techs are incredibly incompetent. I wouldn’t get any work done here at all and save your money for a shop with people with actual knowledge and ability to troubleshoot problems and fix them. They are a sorry excuse for a business. Stay away as they are completely unprofessional amateurs that I wouldn’t let change my tire. Completely a waste of my time and money.

I made an appointment to have a new stereo unit put in my RV. I was there at my designated time and waited over an hour and no one got around to my vehicle. I watched the guy that was supposed to work on it, in the bay, then he comes outside right beside my RV and visits with a buddy of his for about 10 minutes. When I asked about when he was going to get to my vehicle he basically told me my appointment meant nothing and that I needed to just wait in line. Needless to say, I left & won't ever be back. I'll drive it to Dallas first.
