I took my phone in because the back was busted. Later that day they explained that the phone had another problem and wouldn’t boot up again. They continued to work on it until it was fixed to my satisfaction. I take all my business to them and have for the last 6 years. I work for a company that has large number of iPhone and Phone MD has done everything from replacing the screen, replacing the backs and the batteries. Very pleased with there service.

Phone M.D. was able to get our iPad in for a screen replacement quickly and turned around in the time expected. Customer service was excellent. I will use them for any future repairs I have.

Courteous, professional staff. I took in my grandson's iPhone to replace what I believed to be a broken screen. They found only the screen protector was damaged, not even a scratch on the actual screen. I took in a new screen protector with me. They installed it for no charge. Thank You!

I had a issue with my call speaker on my iPhone 12 and when I came to the Phone MD to get it fixed, the young man that assisted me was so kind and informative! He made my boyfriend and I feel very welcome and made sure to let us know that if I do get the speaker fixed then I would lose the face ID feature on my phone, which I personally didn’t care about since I never used it before. He made sure to tell us what he was gonna do with my phone, trying to clean it and hope that’ll fix it before just replacing it altogether and charging me. It also was very quick service! My bf and I stayed to wait and they have a very comfortable and clean seating area with a TV and couch, and very entertaining selection of content to watch. If I ever need to get my phone fixed again, I know where I’m going and also know who I am gonna recommend for friends! 10/10
