Best gym in Waco. Brian is an amazing owner and coach. He has a passion for coaching and fitness and wants every person who steps in the gym to be better when they leave. Best coach I’ve had in any team or individual sport. The thing I love most about Brian’s classes is that he emphasizes community. He encourages everyone to cheer each other on during and towards the end of workouts, which truly creates a positive and comfortable environment.
