I had to move my stuff out into another storage because there was dirt and rocks and white foam coming off there ceiling into all over my things brand new recliner and my 55 inch flat screen smart tv was even damaged. I spoke with Jordan showed him the issue he said they was not responsible for my things because it is an old building that he did not tell me about it before I even moved or payed for the storage. Very rude guy. I got all my things out he didn’t even give no money back after my storage was completely paid for this whole month. So yeah I advise anyone if you do not want your stuff being damaged or messed with DO NOT RENT A STORAGE FROM THEM!!!!!

Monthly rent is affordable considering inflation is outrageous today. Staff is friendly and storage is accessible. I wish they had more hand trucks or carts to carry boxes to units.
