The hotel’s hallways had a stale smell and the bathroom needed renovation — peeling wallpaper and caulking missing in the floor is unsightly and poorly represents the brand. Stayed in this hotel a year ago and it was much better. Definitely needs renovations and better quality control on just the overall appearance. Pricing is OK, but I cannot recommend this hotel at this time until improvements are made.

I just love Hilton! They NEVER let me down! Always accommodating, clean, comfortable, peaceful, definitely home away from home. ?? And the Breakfast! Yummy! Thank you guys, glad to be an "honored" member! You never disappoint! We will be back back back and back! Lol love it!Rooms: All I can say is Whirlpool Suite! My my my, no words! I stayed in it about an hour! Pure bliss!!Safety: Plenty of locks on doors! Privacy was great.Food & drinks: Loved the breakfast! Hot and delicious!

Smokey room, front desk said no alternative rooms available at 3pm? Which obviously isn't true. Room was also not very clean with some obvious maintenance needs.Overall the hotel is sad and in need of updates. Not a good representation of the Hilton brand.

We checked in 5/16/24. Asked for room facing front parking lot if possible.They said room assigned did face the front. It didn't. Rooms are clean most important! Didn't like the TV setup. it was askew; turn to face bed and the curtain blocks a little of the screen. The Shower doors were hanging on by a thread. Husband and I went to fitness center (my most important amenity). They have 2 treadmills which is common but 1 didn't work. I informed the front desk and was told Maintenace would look at it, so I used the elliptical. went to evening social. it was good with Soup, Salad, chips & salsa, cheese, pretzels, only beer but no wine as most Homewood's do. They had a bingo game which was a little entertaining for a few minutes. Came down about 5:15 to get in early morning workout but digital said fitness center is closed I went to front desk to ask if I could work out that most Hilton brand hotels have 24-hour fitness centers, and no one was there. Fixed coffee and waited but no one came. disappointed there wasn't French vanilla creamer, but I am aware it isn't a Hilton standard, although most of the hotels have it anyway. Went to room packed up and put stuff in vehicle then came in for breakfast a few minutes early at 6;20 to wait, there was milk and cereal already out. Employee came and this aid Oh there is nobody here and this is my day off breakfast will be late. waited til 7;30 to come back for breakfast. there was scrambled eggs, potatoes, salsa-no cheese-waffles, apples, bananas, and yogurt- no oatmeal, bacon, or sausage. It was a little disappointing compared with other Hilton breakfasts.A little disappointed in this location

The door lock broke after we first came in the room. After I found the front desk person and went back and forth with them a couple times they couldn’t fix it or get us another room. The room’s floor was sticky by the entrance and one of the end tables was greasy. The location was good, though, right by restaurants and the highway. The lake behind the hotel was nice as well.

A very professional and friendly front desk staff. She had a smile that could change anyone frown to a mere smile. A wonderful location within walking distance of a few eateries.

Horrible. Smoke alarm was going off when I got to my room. Broken plastics grill on A/C. No Wifi for the last two nights.

First time staying at this property and in this area. Close to many restaurants, shopping centers.... Spacious room. Room is fully-equipped kitchen, coffee maker, microwave and plates, silverwares... Love it. Staff are friendly and check in / out proccess are fast.

Service was poor because they didn’t clean the kitchen floor or trash. At night, the staff member asked us to take care of it ourself, even though it’s not our job, and the cleaners should be cleaning every room properly before guests check-in. There doesn’t seem to be anyone for service after 5pm, with the staff being gone and manager unable to assist with fixing/cleaning anything at that time.Overall, would recommend for a quick stay, but nothing more.Rooms: The rooms were well-organized and quiet, with two queen beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, with the sofa bed being uncomfortable and including an uneven mattress. The queen beds are spacious and more relaxing to rest in, as well as are separated from the living room and kitchen where the sofa bed is near. The bathroom was small, but nothing unexpected in an average hotel.Nearby activities: There was a pool and basketball court provided outside the hotel, as well as shops and a shimmering lake across the street, which was blocked from our window by buildings and foggy glass.

Excellent service, clean rooms, and a decent breakfast to stay your day. For an extra bonus, there were 3 bunnies playing in the hedge when we pulled in a bit after dark. No idea where they came from, but they made for a delightful first impression of the hotel.Rooms: Spacious, very clean rooms. The bed was just right-- but too firm, not too soft.Food & drinks: The hotel is located close to several popular restaurants.

Rooms are nice/ clean just expected a MUCH more comfortable pillow for the price we paid to stay here. They offer two on each bed, one flat hard lumpy pillow or a soft flat doesnt hold shape pillow. Terrible nights sleep, going to be a long day!!!

We stayed in a suite and it was great! Plenty of room for us and our 3 teenagers. The air conditioner was really loud, which is our only complaint. The view was pretty and it's a great midway stop between us in Dallas and my parents in San Antonio.
