Awful year for renewals, but she’s pulling out all stops to give us the best-available coverage at the best available price.Mindy Skains at Browder is phenomenal. She knew I was surprised by our much higher homeowners renewal this year, and she proactively shopped the coverage with five other carriers. After the 2021 freeze, the premium hike was inevitable, but she did her best for me. In the end, she came back AGAIN and tweaked coverage options with the current carrier to make a big dent in the increase! I will stick with Browder because of the fine service by Mindy (and Blake Browder, too, who was so helpful when I needed health coverage.) Its good to to have an agent who has your back.”
