This goodwill location is more or less just a junk store. I am a huge HUGE believer in reusing things/not creating waste, but many of the items at this location belong in the trash !!!! I have found so many items that have holes or strains, or are in some way or another damaged beyond repair. Now listen, I understand you can sometimes fix up something that’s alittle dirty or worn out, but if you are going to sell damaged items they should NEVER EVER COST 10$ or more !!!!! I am livid, to have wasted so much time and money at goodwill. After seeing other people with similar complaints I really think people need to find a new alternative rather than coming to this store. It makes me sad because the purpose was always meant to be helping community and the people that work there deserve to have a good job. But the company itself has just become so greedy, stingy and evil. And if you are looking through your closet and deciding to donate things that are too damaged and destroyed for YOU to keep wearing, you are NOT A GOOD PERSON !!!! Trash is trash, not something to be given to charity for tax breaks. LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES DESERVE NICE AND BEAUTIFUL BELONGINGS THE SAME AS ANYONE/EVERYONE ELSE!!!! PLEASE STOP DONATING & SELLING GARBAGE

A lot of questionable items on shelves for sale. Broken, missing pieces, etc. Not the best goodwill I’ve been too.

Unfortunately, more and more, this place is putting out junk they cannot sell online. This used to be a place where local folks with smaller budgets,a lot of whom cannot afford or are unable to shop online, could find better treasures for themselves. Sorry to sound so negative, but this is sickening. They have giant trucks and shelves of boxes in the back with merchandise that's worthwhile - but you won't find it on the shelves any longer. It's all about the dollars for them... and a little job training. I'll keep checking. Hope they get this message.

Today I visited Good Will, as I am a frequent customer. I made a purchase as usual. I notice the total, I thought was wrong. So I went in to see if it was a mistake. A woman that had a very bad attitude, said. She didn’t know how I would be referred the money. She in formed me she was a manager with an attitude.
Another lady by the name of miss Jennifer came over , and checked the items. And said , I see the mistake. Only 3 of 4 items were marked 2.99 the other one was 4.99
Miss Jennifer , was very polite and she went on to fix the problem. The other manager in training,was shaking her head all the time . I had ask for corporate number. She said she would call my employment as well. During the time miss Jennifer and miss Norma were very polite and professional. And help me threw this.
I understand things are not always perfect.
But I’m disappointed in the person that did not give me her name? Because as a frequent customer, I’ve never left Good will new rd. In Waco so disappointed on her customer skills.
I hope no one ever gets treated like that .
Unacceptable behavior.
Again it’s like people like miss Jennifer and miss Norma that makes shopping at Goodwill pleasant.

I wanted to write this review for excellent customer service received from Ms. MJ in the e-commerce department. She walked me through some technical difficulties I was having on my end, and very clearly assisted me through the process with excellent professionalism & updates. I appreciate it very much, and look forward to being able to continue to do business with Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries of Waco, TX.

Fantastic store and low prices. I have only been there at night so I don't know about the morning crew. But the afternoon people are Fantastic and incredibly nice. The outfit I am wearing in the picture was 14 bucks. See how one pice is 30 at Walmart you can't bet it.
