We love HEB- well organized and helpful people.
This particular location is in a very busy area. Walking to and from the parking lot and driving in it felt like avoiding a mine field. Pay attention.

My roommate and I are here right now. Pale red-headed lady with no name tag just kicked us out of the self-checkout
It is 10 items per person. Yes. We have 17 items. Yes. She made us put everything back and go somewhere and get in line because she said it is by the cart not by the person. When I told her that didn't make sense then she said that we wouldn't be able to take the bags off and start another order which also does not make sense because once you check out and pay you can remove your bags.
