Griffin Place self storage was a great experience for me. Storage unit was reasonably priced. The units are very clean and maintained. I just hope my next Storage experience goes as well as it did with Griffin

Hi my name is Catherine Harden today November 4, 2022 the owner daughter can not remember the last name talk to her on a real cell phone about my storage back in June 2022 and told me that I was behind of course I knew that trying to catch up to keep my furniture and clothes shoes dishes everything that a woman have in her household and she said so nice and gentle conversation to me and said sorry your a storage would be sold that week why did this woman lied to me did not sell them probably keptthem and through some good clothes away from Lane Bryant like yoga pants capris and tees and some nice church clothes from again Lane Bryant and Belks and Walmart in Waco Texas she is a thief I don't care what no one saids about this place and some things from Lane Bryant because stated I was 758.00 dollars behind because wanted me to pay 100.00 dollars more and my payment was only 70.00 dollars a month isn't that a dirty down right shame those yoga pants costume between 39.00-69.000dollars

The secured gate manually opens with a given code.Their team, both in person and over the phone, have been helpful and friendly from beginning to end.

This place was only convenient for me due to location and 24 hour acces. well that 24 hour access came along with if anytime you were at unit after dark the police would roll up on you shine flashlights, interrogate, and even run your name for warrants! Well my schedule and situation landed upon I'm homelees awaiting approval of home, which is none of their business anyway but I made mistake of mentioning it to the woman manager of the unit, so now all of a sudden I was being accused of living at the Unit. First of all was a crock of s**** They have no cameras to even validate this accusation, and by the way my unit was broken into due to this clause. Very poor lighting, none at all actually your screwed after dark better have a flashlight but then if you do you get accused of burglary or living there. So she evicts me when I tryed to pay her saying "we can't be having all that going on out there" and I'm clueless to what she is talking about. I told her I'll be glad with all the stress and headache they give me!!!!

They answer the phone when they get ready they didn't let me know about my deposit tried to make me wait to get in the gate when I already paid

Lowest rate in town. Very friendly environment they would go out of there way to help anyone out. You can call them anytime of day and they will meet you there to sign contract. II reall like it cuz it has gated area and alot of lights. Thanks for all you help.
