We traveled 45 miles away from our local Hyundai to go get our Palisade serviced at the Waco Hyundai. Their service is unmatched and the service personnel is so knowledgeable and very personable that we will be doing all our services at there dealership rather than our local one.

Smooth and relatively simplified process for service checkin. Personnel were very courteous and provided good initial information. The only issue I had was the duration of getting a simple service check completed. I was quoted an hour and a half tops but it was 2 hours and 20 minutes before I was checked out. Needless to say they were busy.

Jef was great! He didn't pressure, answered ALL of our questions, explained every detail of the vehicle we were interested in and took the time with our girls ( who the vehicle was for) to show them how to work everything and it was a lot, but his attitude was very engaging ! I recommend you go see Jefery- he will help you! We will be back!
