They make the financing seamless. The sales team is always there to help even after the sale. If your in the market for a new or used vehicle look up Lawrence he is very knowledgeable and has years of experience with Honda and Greg May.

Don’t use this dealership we are taking them to court for damages they tried to conceal and are refusing to fix. We found bumper damage on the front of the car they agreed to fix and have yet to do so after 4 months. Now we’ve taken it to another dealership and they actually discovered 7k in damages directly behind the damage on the bumper. Explains why we haven’t gotten any response on the repair because they were waiting for us to find all the damage. Sales manager said we’ve had it for 4 months so we did it! What a horrible place! People save your time and go to a better dealership. Broken rack and pinion bent radiator and condenser. We buy used vehicles often for our business but this has to be the worst experience ever.

I bought a truck from Lawrence Matthys at Greg May yesterday and it was a great experience. Lawrence was informative, low pressure and took very good care of me. I highly recommend giving them (especially lawrence) a shot to earn your business.

I had two sales people Tiny was very helpful not pushy at all which I like also I had Paul who was stepping in for Tony while he was out which I had a good experience with as well

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! From the service tech receiving the call to schedule my appointment, through the cashier receiving the payment, everybody is always friendly, quick, and professional.

very very poor customer service I will never buy another Honda in Waco due to this and I will not recommend Greg May Honda dealership.The way they have treated me after I bought two Hondas in cash is absolutely ridiculous. Bart the manager Looked right in my face and lied. Horrible horrible customer service.i am filing complaint with corporate. Would like corporate to kn oh s his i was treated

actually the worst experience ever. called them 5 times and left voicemails and never got calls back. had to go to the guy i got my car from to get in contact. on top of that when i went to go get my oil changed i ended up with a 600$ bill because they ran tests on my car or whatever (WITHOUT me asking) and convinced me to do hundreds of dollars of work (don’t feel it was necessary). never going again unless something bad happens that other mechanics can’t fix. 0/10 experience. so frustrated i’m debating trading in my car so i never have to own a honda again.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Greg May Honda. The service was straightforward and completed on time. The staff was courteous and provided clear information about the work performed. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

The staff was extremely rude and it took them 5 days to fix my car. They didn't let me know in advance that they had to keep my car. So much time if it was just the AC it was too much. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because I don't want anyone to go through the stress of me going through looking for someone to take me to work because we didn't agree that my car had to stay. And the people in front, like customer service, seriously, I have never met such rude and unfriendly staff, as if they were doing the work for us for free. In short, I will never return to this place.

Unfortunately it was days of waiting, with no loaner car, despite the fact that the van that needed fixing was brand new and under warranty. It took us a week to get an appointment and then 8-10 days for a less-than-complete solution to our issue. They promised to keep us posted, or to call “tomorrow” and then we’d have to call for an update. Hoping for better in the future, but it’s hard to give a positive review despite some nice folks who seemed to be doing their best.
