I’ve been coming to Great Clips for probably 10 years. There is never a long wait. For the last couple years I’ve been seeing Valerie Dean for my cuts. She picked up quickly on my cowlicks and manages to make my hair look good every single time! She is pleasant to talk to and never rushes to finish (I hate that). I always check to make sure she is working before I go in and I am always pleased with the results. She is awesome and I highly recommend her!

My husband and I go to the Great Clips on Hewitt Drive in front of Walmart and we see Valerie. She listens to what we want and always comes through! Took us quite a while to find someone who understood us but we found her!
We really appreciate Valerie and will continue to see her

Valerie did a great job on cutting my son's hair and trimming up mine. My son (17) is picky when he gets a hair. He said she did good and liked it.

My son will only get his hair cut from Valarie! She is currently at the Great Clips on Hewitt Drive. He saw her in another location first and when she moved he moved. He is a super picky, shy 16 year ild. Valarie makes him laugh, feel comfortable and does a great job on his hair everytime.

Worst hair cut! Ignored what I said I wanted and pulled my hair the whole time. Hit my ears numerous times with the clippers. Never even apologized for being so aggressive.
She was rude and very unfriendly atmosphere!

Poor service. Unethical.
Prices were not posted and the manager and stylist claimed that they had no idea how much the service would cost. A spray conditioner was used in my hair according to the stylist. My hair should have been conditioned with a regular conditioner. My hair was very dry and this woman combed through my hair vigorously with no care. The so called manager Michael was rude and of no help. They were reported to the licensing board and better business bureau.
