Destiny was great! She was quick, and made sure she understood what I wanted for the cut, and then followed that just like I asked.

My hair has never looked this bad and uneven.
Stylist: Victoria was my stylist here. She barely spent 5 mins doing my hair.

I don't leave reviews. I worked in the public for a long time. So I can't judge anyone. Maybe they're just having a bad day. My son has autism. He gets haircuts all the time. Sometimes it may take him some convincing. There were four women working at this great clips. I said a prayer to myself that the one who was looking at us like we had a disease wasn't the one that would be cutting my son's hair. But it was her... I said to myself not to judge. Maybe she just had resting b face. No. She had zero patience. Refused to cut his hair. Wouldn't work with us at all. My son is 9. I've never had someone treat us this way. I left crying. She was not helpful. In fact she was hurtful. Have you seen somebody out in public with autism Please Don't Judge them please know that their day is not as easy as yours. Please be nice please be kind please be helpful. I will never forget the look she was giving us. Like we stunk. Horrible.

Been to several Great Clips and have never had the experience like this location. There was a young lady there that obviously had less experience than the other ladies, which in itself is not the problem. But the problem was when I start telling her that she wasn’t cutting my hair right, her mouth does not know when to stop. She went from blaming that she had to wet my hair to blaming my hair. Again, I have been to several locations and usually the ladies read the notes in the system and most know what to do. And whether they wet my hair or not, I have never heard that as an excuse why they couldn’t cut my hair. Even telling her that my hair wasn’t cut right, she became very rude and told me I needed to let her finish talking and stop talking over her. I knew if I continued to let her cut my hair and making excuses, I would never get it done right. So I asked her to stop and asked if there was any else in the store that could fix my hair. Tabitha (or Deborah, sorry I forgot her name, very nice lady) apologized for the young lady and asked me to wait for her to finish with her customer. I was fine with that, but the young lady kept talking about me again and how she did everything I asked and blamed my hair and wetting my hair and no one put notes in the system about wetting my hair… and on and on and on…. I said I wasn’t going to sit there and endure her rambling and be subject to such indirect attacks. She simply cut me off by saying she was talking to her coworker and not me so basically I should just sit there and mind my own business so she can continue to talk about me. She accused me of “trying to pull something” over them. I have never been so insulted by a service provider telling me that I am trying to cause trouble so I didn’t have to pay. I asked her if that was the case, why am I still within your system if I am not a paying customer? She didn’t respond to that. She kept talking again, and at that point, it wasn’t even worth it waiting for Tabitha and I said I will check myself into another Great Clips to fix my hair, and she threaten to call the police on me for not pay for it. I said please call the police, I want you to call the police. At that point Tabitha jumped in again and apologized profusely for all those comments and asked me to just wait for her because she was almost done. I said I would only wait if the young lady would stop talking, I was not going to sit through that torture. I would rather explain the situation to the police and that I was going to check myself into another location down the road. Any case, Tabitha was done and fixed my hair with zero issues with my hair wet or dry and did a good job. Again apologizing several times for what I went through, even though it wasn't her fault while the person causing the problem wouldn’t recognize that she wasn’t experienced enough and kept making excuses for her poor skills. Tabitha was very professional and polite. Too bad I still have to give this review a 1 and will not return to this location because of that rude employee. Tabitha, if you move to the bellmead location, let me know and I will see you over there.

Horrible haircut! The lady butchered my daughters hair. Showed her a picture of the type of cut we would like. She did not do what we asked. After done. My daughters hair was all unevenly cut. Will never return. And will let anyone I know not to go here ?

the Owner of the franchise here in Waco should be ashamed for having some of these women work here. They are blatantly racist, management I’ve seen first hand be rude to their own employees, the curse in front of children and elderly customers!!!! They go so far as to talk about the other employees like how they smell or is fat IN FRONT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, I could not believe what I was hearing!!! absolutely a sickening place to go, I’ll never set foot in here again.

Excellent haircut and price. Especially with coupons. Have been going here for over five years and have had only one or two bad cuts. Stylist listens and copy the pictures I bring.
