Customer service was above and beyond. Bruce, the Astound representative servicing our building called me within minutes of my reaching out. Damon did the install and took care to get my modem in the best place. Now I want Astound for my home too.

I am surprised by all the negative reviews. The speeds are amazing! Only been with then 6 months but I haven't had a single problem. The installation was quick, easy, and on time for the appointment. In the China Spring area I highly recommend them. ??
