I use to praise this pharmacy but here lately it has been aweful. You would think if your medication is on back order they would contact you so you could take quicker steps into action. I'm even setup for text messages with this place. They will not contact you. I was told good luck on finding your medicine. Will not be going back.

This is my closest drug store, and I don't recommend them at all.We have been going their for 5 years . Last week, my wife went to get a refill and was told that not only were out for a week and nobody in town had any. My wife called HEB, and they said yes, just get it transferred over. So, I consider it as a isolated and waited till this week to get my refill. The machine said it would be ready the following day at 11. I made the mistake of braging to my wife that I was not having any problem at all. Well, ladies, this is where Karma Kicks is in. 10.15 AM the day of pick up. Phone call: we do not have the medicine and won't have it for a week. I talked to the pharmacist and was told it was a distributor problem, so she also checked to see if my medicine could be transferred. Then I was told that they would call HEB for me, and I could pick it up tomorrow. Karma, she never called it in HEB, handled everything for me. Have a nice day !!!

Switch from this place! Rude service and considering that they are dealing with prescriptions that could prevent someone from death, it sad that they don't care!

We've tried this pharmacy several times and our overall experience has been the following: unfriendly staff, low stock on over the counter items, and no real effort to take care of customers. I'm not giving this review based on one interaction but several interactions over a period of time. I would love to use this pharmacy because it's close and would be more convenient but have chosen to take by business to HEB Pharmacy on 19th. My experience with HEB has been great.

Worse pharmacy ever they are completely dishonest and unbearably rude. They are always mixing up medications the pharmacy manager here is no better he will hang up on you and say it's a phone connection issue. He told us recently we are causing his staff grief, let's be honest you are causing yourself these issues as a pharmacy since you can't even order medications that people take weekly. It should be called pharmacy negative 5 stars with how they treat you and always screw up the simplest of things such as giving you a 30 day supply of medications they will run out weekly and give you 15 or something because they never have enough to fill even a 20 day supply half the time. Run from this place because they probably don't have your medications if they do good luck getting the full prescription at once

The staff is rude, unprofessional and uncaring. The pharmacist obviously can't do math. After years of overlooking these issues with customer service, I am done. Will never fill another prescription here for my family. My son has a severe allergy and was prescribed a steroid, which is a must for him to get better and it's a must to finish the drug as prescribed or it could cause further health problems. The pharmacist didn't fill it correctly. It was a liquid and apparently didn't read or calculate it properly, I call and go back the next day after running out , the tech was rude and cut me off. I was short 3 doses and they returned with about 1 dose. Again, they didn't read the prescription obviously or they could have calculated it. I told them and they finally got it right. No apologies for the error or inconvenience, just dirty looks and attitude from the staff.

Pharmacy Plus Lacy Lakeview has merged with the one in China Spring. They are always out of or running low on medicines. I am constantly stressed. I will be changing pharmacies. What an inconvenience this has been. The pharmacist in Lacy Lakeview informed me that they are losing business because of the of the very thing I'm compelled to write about today. They didn't even call me to tell me they wouldn't have the medication for 2 months. They never inform me when they are out. I find out when I have it delivered or pick it up. They tell me then. They look lost while delivering the bad news. Get it together people.

Bad customer service....not proactive about calling you when things are ready or not available. I've had to deal with a rude lady the 1st time I was there...treated me as if I was disturbing her break....the only thing this place has going for it is that they are close to my house.One more bad experience and I'm switching this to 1 star and finding some place else.

We were out of town and the staff were incredibly polite and kind and provided the information we needed to obtain a second dose of medication. Great job! Appreciate the wonderful, small town service.

Friendly and helpful but slow service and not proactive if they don’t have a medicine…when you pick up is when they inform you of missing medication. They should call you and let you know.

If there’s a medicine that you need to stay alive or That is urgent don’t use this pharmacy. They will not call you to tell you they don’t have it in stock, they will not call you to tell you the supplier doesn’t have it, and if you complain they will just tell you to go to a different pharmacy. After three weeks and five different phone calls just to check on the prescription I was told to go to a different pharmacy. I was not rude, I was not provocative, I did mention that this is a life-saving medicine that we have to have on time. Again they did not tell us that they couldn’t get it. In fact, after the 4th time I called, I was told it would be in at the end of the week. So I felt like I was getting the runaround and asked to talk to a manager.They put a pharmacist on the line. The pharmacist told me that they didn’t think they would have it in this week. in fact, they told us they probably couldn’t get it in.It’s kind of a big deal if you need a life-saving medicine and they treat it like it is an inconvenience. That it’s your fault, that you don’t understand that their supplier isn’t giving it to them. Which makes it your fault. And you should just go to a different pharmacy.It seems like a really bad business pla.

Inexperienced maybe? I’m not sure, but they lack in customer service skills. I transferred my prescriptions here because it’s close to where I live, but first impressions are everything, and I wasn’t impressed. I went back to my original pharmacy the same day.
