This place is a joke..they are all scam artist ..Their cars are trash,and on the used ones they rig up just so you can get out of the parking lot then it's all on you...And be ware they sell cars that's been in floods as well...this place should be shut down..they are a bunch of rude ripoff artist ..DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE..YOU WILL BE SORRY...

My son was told that they would mail out his tags and title for his car. We had to call and have the tags mailed, but he received them after he went to pay for replacement tags. Still waiting for title and I called today to check on it and was told he had to go pick them up and we got hung up on they first time and this time we got called profanity names and got hung on again. Very rude and unprofessional.

Who ever is answering the phones ( a Lady) is probably the most rude person we have encountered. Threw the F boom On us. Clearly some people should not be in business. This is a clear example of why used car dealers have a bad rep. This lady has no customer service at all. Don't Keep this dealer open. I encourage consumers to stop doing business with this used car dealer. attitude is a clear reflection of management.

They sold us a car with a bad catalytic converter. Didn’t find out until a week later when the CEL came on. Thankfully I work automotive so I was able to repair the severe oil leak, cat, and water pump myself.

Went to court today finally after 2 yrs and WON. You cannot illegally repo a car twice while it is current . Knowing Russell won't pay the judgement it is my intent to file a abstract of judgement AND a enforcement of judgement. You lose Russell. People should always be careful of screwing people over, you never know who you may be dealing with. She had no clue I was in the car business for over 20 yrs myself. I always pay my bills. She has done this to a few customers and didnt think I would sue. She was wrong. Looking forward to getting back the money she stole from me.

We bought a Tahoe from Smitty. We had to bring our two year old with us. Everyone was very friendly and kept him packed with snacks to make the process easier. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and made the buying process painless and quick! If you've ever bought a car, you know that's usually not the case. Had an issue the next day and Smitty took care of us again and made sure we were good to go. If you go check them out, ask for Smitty! He's my go to car guy now!
