Went in looking for a specific style of ring for my wife that I couldn’t find, and they were extremely helpful. Custom made the ring for me. It was perfect. Not only that, but they played along with putting it in the counter for my unsuspecting wife to pick out, The friendly service was amazing and something you won’t find anywhere else.

I had a wonderful visit to Gholson’s and will highly recommend it to my friends and family. I was helped by Macy and Brenna - they were so sweet and attentive! The store has a wide selection of jewelry to choose from. I love my new bracelet and will be back for another one soon!

Wonderful, talented jewelers on staff at Gholson's.Another local jeweler damaged the shanks of my wedding and engagement bands on a simple solder job. Gholson's cut off the damaged portion, added a new half-shank (made it look seamless), and thus made my rings look good as new! Very happy with the results.They are so professional and friendly. I will never trust anyone else to work on my jewelry and will always recommend this business to a friend.

The kindness and compassion they showed me this last week did not go unnoticed. They realized I was having anxiety and sadness over leaving my ring and what could have take a week or two was done in the next two days. I will never forget their compassion and customer service. They are top notch.

Best jewelers on the market. If you don't know your diamonds, know your jeweler. My husband and I just had my 30 yr old wedding set redesign. The ring I'd gorgeous and custom one of a kind. I can't stop staring at it. Trustworthy, wonderful owners and staff, amazing work and pricing. We would not trust any other jewelry store with my heirloom.

This place is the real deal... I didn't buy my wife's engagement ring at Gholson's (unfortunately-as I wasn't familiar), but did purchase both of our wedding bands there. They have great product at a fair price, but what really sets them apart is the service they provide. They are always SO kind, helpful, fun, and honest. I have sent at least a half-dozen friends there to buy engagement rings and they have all had the same experience. Gholson's keep it up. You guys are the picture of a small-business done right.

This is a husband and wife owned and operated jewelry store. They've been in Waco for over 20 years and have the kindest and most amazing customer service ever. They do custom jewelry, high-end jewelry and repairs. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I can't recommend them enough. So amazing and caring. This is such a wonderful, feel good, understanding, professional store. My daughter inherited a beautiful diamond ring that was over 100 yrs old. The setting was vintage to say the least. It was worn in so many places and you could feel the love and stories that ring had known. My daughter wanted it exactly like the original setting. I thought that was a a pipe dream at best. We took it in and explained what was wanted and they said it could be done. Upon pickup, it was the most gorgeous, perfectly enhanced, using the original setting, (which we wanted) ring we could have asked for. Totally awesome experience. We could not have been happier. Now, after 36 yrs of marriage, my wedding ring is getting a bit of a makeover. I know it will be perfect. That's just the way they roll!

The employees are nice, but I spent $200 on a couple of oil burners and 2 scents. (Berger) Couldn't figure out where the rubbing alcohol smell was coming from in my truck. Got home to find entire contents of Fresh Wood refill spilled out in the bag. All over the boxes of the oil burners and one was supposed to be a gift. Can't gift that, and honestly wouldn't want to. Smells NOTHING like their sample. It's just a strong rubbing alcohol smell. Terrible. Very disappointed. Definitely don't recommend.
