Transmission start slipping after 4 months and they couldn’t even help me, poor customer service they really don’t care about their customers, thank god I was smart enough to get a warranty, keep your money, a decent conversation would have helped but they don’t answer the phone

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT INSPECT THEM.PROPERLY OUR SERVICE THEM BEFORE THEY SALE. SOLD MY DAUGHTER A VAN THAT HAD CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!!!! ONLY HAD IT 2 MONTHS. THE RIM WAS MELTED AND HAD TO BE CUT OFF , TRANSMISSION AND BURNT WIRES! THEN SHE LAUGHED WHEN WE TOLD HER SHE SOLD HER A DANGEROUS. OUR MECHANIC EVEN CALLED HER AND TOLD HER SHE KNEW THIS VAN WAS DANGEROUS. SHE LAUGHED AND SAID SHE WOULD REPO IT. BATTERY HAD TO BE REPLACED WITHIN A WEEK OF GETTING IT, ALL DUE TO DAMAHE THAT WAS THERE..HORRIBLE CARS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Illegally repossessed my vehicle twice while current. SUED them and won. Now they refuse to pay the judgement. Russell, I wil not stop until you give me what the Judge says you owe me. Every day the interest accrues, and more legal fees are added to the amount owed.Common sense would dictate that you go ahead and pay the amount owed before it gets out of hand. Contact Constable Cantu for the amount owed.Otherwise the Sherriffs will soon be pulling vehicles from your lot to send to a sheriff's sale to get my money back. More updates as we progress

We bought a car that needed over $2,000 worth of repairs and the only thing they would say is, as is sale. After spending over $2,000 in repairs the car still needs a transmission.
