Me and my boyfriend came in, and we're having the worst trouble with a hotspot. The assistant manager JT was the best person we could have talked to. He walked us through everything, and provided help that calmed us down because we were a little upset with the hotspot. If I could rate this best buy and their employees, i would do a 12/10! Awesome customer service, and we will be coming here for anything we ever purchase!

made an upgrade on my gpu, had some issues. a few friends said it sounded like a psu problem, i decided to take it in to professionals to see what was really going on. paid 200 dollars and waited almost a week just for them to say nothing was wrong with my computer. take my computer back home, the issues are still there. i finally decide to rip my own psu out to see if it was the problem, it was. got a replacement and changed it myself and everything works great now. kinda wished i just listened to your average computer n*** instead of taking it in and wasting money on lazy people who can’t even check the wattage on a psu. you’re better off figuring out a solution on your own.

horrible customer service and beware bought a doorbell camera online had problems connecting with the service associated with it got the runaround until after the 39 day return policy now I stuck out. they are crooks our have direct from the manufacture the only way they will help is pay for extra protection worse than paying the mafia for protection it never ends. Had a good experience the first week after that had problems with conn to the service got the runaround until 30 period now stuck with the money to have it installed and purchase of it was to make my 91 year old dad safer and not I'm out the money which we both are senior citizens and now I am having to purchase other option. Beware this a crooked company

I needed help cleaning up my kindle because it's old and I download a lot of books etc. . Geek Sales lady said just go to the app and delete. What?? I'm 74, what does that even mean???!!! Then I went to look at a watch w GPS and waterproof. No one could take the time to take one minute to show me how it worked and I'm not spending that much before I know how to use it. There wasn't a sales person over 24. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN

I traded a phone in there over a month ago and after multiple calls to the national hotline and the store there has been zero resolution. They have my phone and have probably already sold it for double the trade in and I'm having to fight for a straight answer and compensation. Extremely disappointed

We just had an incredible experience at Best Buy thanks to JT. He was so thorough, patient, kind and understanding when we brought a tv back in that was malfunctioning. He gave us the same price and looked long and hard to find us a tv for an exchange! We recommend going here!

Ordered a refrigerator and scheduled the delivery. Store cancelled our delivery the day of and did not reschedule. I had to call the store multiple times, being sent to voicemails or to call centers with no assistance. Awful customer service! I would not recommend.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered a washer and dryer and scheduled the delivery and installation for a month later, so it could be delivered right after I moved into my new home. On the morning of the scheduled delivery, I received a confirmation text message confirming the delivery window. I waited and waited and didn't hear anything and I finally received an email saying that they were rescheduling the delivery for a week later. Apparently they wrote in the notes that the installer was unavailable and that he tried contacting me, even though no one ever contacted me. After that, I called and spoke with 2 different people who told me that my appliances were in the local warehouse and that they would contact the manager to see if they could have them delivered sooner. Never heard anything. Finally called again to follow up and spoke with a third person who told me that they are unable to deliver them early. So now I am stuck without a washer and dryer in my new home. Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with Best Buy.

Unfortunately I have to give them a star. The gray haired dude at customer service/pick up was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Assuming before I even give him the response to his question. That geezer needs a break, he's definitely the type that shouldn't be working at "customer service." Invest early kids, or you'll work all your life.

This Best Buy has horrible customer service. If I could give this store zero stars I would. Twice now I have had a horrible experience regarding a purchase. The first time was when I purchased a 4K copy of a film for pickup and they gave me a copy with a damaged case. I went inside the store to make a simple exchange with the copies left in stock. There were no other copies to be found so I asked customer service where they were. They said in the back of the store. I told customer service I couldn't find them. They replied "It should be there". No one bothered to check if it was in stock or put up on the shelf from storage. So I demanded a refund and found the film at another store. Now, I go to find a copy of a new 4K release. The Best Buy app listed it as still in stock with 2 copies in the store. The movie was nowhere to be found in the store. I asked customer service where it may be inside the store. They said check the back of the store. I told them yet again there were no copies. The customer service lady was rude and just said "I don't know". I am done with this store. It pains me because I have enjoyed buying new films and tech from Best Buy for over a decade. Right now they have the absolute worse customer service and most of the employees are lazy. They socialize with each other to look busy. I will not be shopping for new films here anymore.

I tried for want seems like FOREVER to get a member on the phone to set up an appointment to have my laptop looked at. After spending 15 minutes speaking to a computer that couldn't understand me and kept repeating the same questions it finally "got me to someone that could help me". I thought.... Nothing is wrong with my computer I told him. I said I just wanted it gone through, cleaned up and everything updated. He couldn't figure out a time to get me in, didn't know a price and then after speaking for a few more minutes, I realized he wasn't even in the Waco store I had been calling. He said that everything goes through their automated system. I that point I just hung up. Customer service is everything and a lot of companies are giving it up for automated systems that fail you a lot! I believe we've decided to go local and try mom and pops shops from now on. They may not be fast and or have all the fancy equipment, but their customer service is way better. Sorry, not sorry.
