Came by and the whole store was closed over 2 hours before it says they were supposed to be. There was no note or anything to indicate why. No one was answering the phone. At least put a note up or something.

I bought a gift card on the GameStop website was unable to redeem so I went to the GameStop location near me and hunter was very helpful and knowledgeable and solved my issue very excellent customer service! Would recommend wooded acres location

As far as Video Game retail, Gamestop is really the only way to go when it comes to Pre-Orders and other merchandise, as well as some well-missed night time releases of video games!There is nothing negative to say about this location, always a friendly staff here.
