Went to the bank three separate times to close an account as I move from the area, and was told on three separate occasions the account would be closed. It wasn’t because the branch employees are clearly either dishonest or incompetent. When attempting to remedy the issue remotely, I could not get through to any person on the phone despite being given three different numbers by a chat bot agent, who also involuntarily disconnected me. What a dysfunctional organization. Should not be allowed to handle peoples’ money whatsoever.

I’ve never met more unprofessional people in my life. I cannot believe that these people are in charge of people’s finances. They always have bad attitudes, are loud, and playing around every time I go in. They do the bare minimum and anything other than that you’re on your own. They will not answer the phone if you have any questions or need help. Absolutely disgusting, need to be retrained or let-go.

The employees are rude right off the bat. I don't usually have an issue with first convenience bank employees but this one is by far the worst.

I signed up with First Convenience at the Temple, TX location and they were nothing but helpful and they are always super friendly. They always remember who I am and have no problem answering any questions I have. This Waco location on the other hand is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They literally have no kind of energy. Every time I go they seem like they would rather do anything that doesn’t involve helping me. I’m pretty sure the last lady sighed when she saw me coming up. I tried to be as nice as possible and try to understand a simple problem with my card and all she did was ask if I did something wrong then gave me a new temporary card without giving me any information on whether I was getting a new card or even informing me what was wrong with my card in the first place. She mumbled the whole time so I could barely understand what she was saying so if she did explain then I didn’t hear it. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem but I know one thing for sure is that I would rather make the 30 minute drive to Temple to avoid ever having to deal with these people again.

This is the only bank that I have ever banked with where the branch manager decides to put my check on hold for 10 days which ends up being a total of 14 days and refuses to release my money until the hold expires even though the bank that issued the check to me has already said the funds have already been transferred but the manager still refuses to release my money and anyone at corporate says that they can't do anything unless the branch manager decides to make the decision to release my money

Its open day's other banks are closed. They have later hours. These are 2 great reasons to bank here. But the customer service is horrible. Prepare to wait up to 30 minutes in line. Make sure they do it right because if they mess up you gotta get back in line to talk to someone. No one has that much time just to make deposits. Then they wanna be rude...Very annoying.

I been bank with them for 5-6 year and I never have a problems with the bank but the customer service is becoming really bad. They have a lot new people and change in the bank. They need better people!!!! ASAP ! Customer service in the phone is also really bad.... I wait more then 25 min to get help and after I wait the girl was really rude. I need to work in the customer service!!!

Absolutely one of the worst Banks I've ever had you sign up for mobile texting so you know your account balance and when your cards being used you sign up for online banking you do everything correctly get your information up today and yet they fell to send you text message to have your online account working properly and then they hit you with these late fees after late fees after late fees after late fees when you haven't used your card but they said you did and they said no you can do a waiver consent you wait 6 months just for them to say well sorry you've been denied even after you've been a customer for 10 years customer service has no sympathy no empathy no one nothing but attitude and sarcasm
