Every visit I've ever had here appointments are not honored. It takes a whole business day 7am-6pm to do a simple alignment- IF they get to you. No point in making an appointment for them to give you the same speech every time you call about 2-3 people being in front of you all day. Not to mention that the interior is always dirty and smells like smoke after they've been inside, doesn't take much to be respectful. I can't wait to move so that I have another location to use. However I feel Firestone as a company has really lost their sense of quality no matter the area.

I had reschedule a tire appt due to fault of their own for allowing me to schedule and pay for tires online when they didn't have them in stock in the store. The guy at Firestone in Waco told me he cancelled the transaction but 5 days later when I was scheduled to come back in, the transaction was still showing as pending. I called to reschedule because I needed the money back in my account before I paid again. I called him to reschedule my appointment once the pending transaction went back into my account. When I called him he was extremely rude and acted like he could care less whether or not I did business with him. So I decided it was in my best interest to not go here for anything going forward.

They need to have a better relationship with enterprise a have a priority list, and be well enough staffed for emergency, other than that the man that waited on me gave me some good advice on how to solve my issue.

I appreciate the value proposition of Firestone. Warranties on the work. Trust them to actually do the work. Nationwide coverage on the warranty. And nationwide presence.I've had a great experience with the Firestone in Waco, TX.

Sadly I could not get the service I needed here based on what I was driving (overweight) but the gentlemen answering the phone was very courteous and informational. It was him who directed me to a place I could go to, which I did and was pleased. Knowledgeable advice is worth much.

My friend literally had to wait for 8 hours just to get his tires aligned on his truck. They made him show up at 9am and then didnt tell him it was going to take a such a long time. On top of that, they started working on cars that got there way after he did. And didnt start working on it till 4. They were rude with him on the phone too. Whoever is reading this dont go here unless you want your time wasted!

Took my Camry in here for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc. Service was pretty good. Will definitely be back since they have the lifetime unlimited alignment program going on.

Just another shop that will constantly try to sell and up charge you. They refused me service because I wouldn’t pay for extra services I didn’t want. My appointment was made through car advise I selected my service I wanted they sent me here. Just to be treated rudely and denied service cause I only wanted the service I asked for billy shouldn’t be a store manager refused to give me corporate number. Once I did find the number I was informed that everything billy said was a lie and that the area manager would contact me

I’ve tried to make several appointments at this location for over a year and a half since moving here from Austin, and every time there is an issue. The first time over a year ago I made an appointment online weeks in advance to wait for my vehicle in stare. When I got to the store they told me I would have to wait a few hours because they were behind. I understand things come up unexpectedly, and didn’t mind as long as it was done. When closing time rolls around several hours later my car hadn’t even been looked at. Staff told me I should have called to make an appointment and that the site was not accurate, and that they really only accepted car drop-offs to pick up the next day (which defeats the whole idea of an appointment, but I digress) So, when I decided I now urgently needed my car serviced about 6 months later, I called the store to confirm a time to drop off my vehicle, although I don’t really know what that was necessary as they did not call me back to tell me my vehicle has been serviced until almost 2 days later! Even after both of these experiences, I called recently to schedule another appointment where I will HAVE to wait in store. The employee immediately seemed annoyed that I could not leave my car overnight, and informed that I would have to come into the store to see if they had the time to do it then.All in all, I understand that sometime things come up unexpectedly, but this obviously seems like a recurring scheduling issue at this location. I’ve gone to Firestone at several other locations and have had okay service. But this location consistently has problems and is not professional in resolving them.
