I needed a part to connect my new shower head. I had been to several places with no answers or much help.Glad I came here. The service tech went above and beyond to assist me and did not try to up sell me on the available shower heads there. He tried to correct my problem. We found the issue of it being an import item on Amazon and figured out it was not made for our plumbing here. He advised me what to do, and I went on my way to return this back to Amazon.I will definitely be back for any future purchases for my house.

Bought a high dollar JENN AIRE from Ferguson with wty for just under $5000. Two years later the control panel went out and NO HELP FROM FERGUSON Have had a microwave sitting on my counter now for 4 years after supporting local biz Ferguson.The staff are helpful and knowledgeable but management WILL NOT HELP The Waco Manager doesn't even work in waco he works in Austin. DO NOT BUY HERE. Go out of Waco.

Beautiful showroom. Ainsley was very helpful in picking out the appliance that fit our space.Communications from Ferguson's is very poor. Don't get any kind of updates as to status, scheduling presite inspections and scheduling installation. You can't just call the store, you get transferred to some answering service that tries to help (after being on hold for prolonged period of time). Often they put you on hold and just transfer you to your local store (the place you were trying to call in the first place). Getting answers (that honestly should be communicated with you) is very difficult and will consume much of your time. I understand that everything these days are on back order/delayed/etc, but I expect some form of communication as to expected delivery date, when to schedule inspection/installation. The only communications I have had were ones that I initiated. Very one sided communication.Ultimately went to another appliance store (locally owned and managed) and found similar product that can be purchased and installed sooner, so cancelled my order with Fergusons. While the initial experience (searching for product with their representative) was great, the rest of the experience was not.

The staff was busy but still managed to acknowledge me and assisted when they were able. Warehouse was clean and organized. The display center was clean and had an amazing selection to choose from.

They will not fix our #thermador fridge and we bought the extended warranty. I do not recommend #fergusonwaco. Extended warranty is a rip off. Our Thermador fridge has been out for over six weeks and no response from Ferguson other than 'oh no'. Fridge is right at two years old. This after our dishwasher went out as well and took over a month to get fix.

Absolutely amazing service. Ashley has gone over and beyond what I expected with my project. Plumbing, electrical, hardware--she has extensive knowledge and amazing taste. Visual Comfort and Hudson Valley lighting in the showroom. Beautiful! She has helped me countless times-answering my phone calls/emails and helping me in the showroom. She and Frank are gems--they both have helped me with a previous project and consistently have offered exceptional service.

We we in dire need of a facet replacement for our kitchen. Our plumber recommended Ferguson and Rita worked tirelessly to help us and find what we needed. It was a small bill less than $550, but she made us feel valued. Got what they had in stock and we got it installed today. We want to replace some light fixtures (our house is only 1 year old but we do not like the builder grade ugly lights). We know now where we will go to purchased those. Ferguson and Rita are Rawlins rare gems.
