Well, everything would’ve been fine if the delivery driver just would’ve knocked on the door. The delivery would’ve been on time and there’d have been no problems. Unfortunately, they hit the button on my ring camera and didn’t bother to knock. They hit the button once, stood there, and walked away. Why wouldn’t you knock if nobody came to the door after you hit the button on the ring camera? I didn’t know they were there because I don’t have a chime connected to my ring camera. Never would’ve missed the delivery and had to go through the hassle of tracking down the package if they just knocked. And of course, this was an important and valuable package that needed to be signed for. How convenient.

I had a return item that I bought, and the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful, as I was waiting the gentleman who worked there went above and beyond to help the lady in front of me, I was very impressed so much that I didn't mind waiting , and he gave me just as much attention and service, I would recommend this FedEx for your shipping and returns

Delaying packages, parcel arrived at the facility and was scanned vacation hold exception as per customer. The address for delivery is a business that is opened 7 days a week but it cannot be delivered.

The shipping center was good about getting everything down the way I had it written.Problem is they delivered it to the wrong place over there and is trying to charge more money to get it where it's supposed to go.I feel it bogus that they screwed up sending it to the wrong place and now they are trying to screw my wife out of more money to get the package
