Ms.Sebrina was amazing and very helpful! Helped my very picky daughter find 2 pair of glasses that she loves and is happy to wear. Definitely will be doing business with yall again and the GM Ms.W I forgot how to spell her name was wonderful as well.

First time customer. Managed to find a pair of frames as they said they couldn’t use my current frames with new lenses. They were busy and need a little bit bigger of a waiting/seating area. A staff member had another staff member turn off the overhead fans which made it quite stuffy. It’s summer in Texas in a small business with a lot of customers- put on a sweater!
The turn around time for processing my new glasses was pretty quick. When picking them up, it was again pretty busy. We didn’t have to wait too long (no seating available) and the man that presented us with our new glasses and made sure they fit properly was very nice and knew what he was doing. We appreciated him!
All in all, large selection, good prices, good turnaround times.

Honestly my experience with eyemart waco location was the worst that i have ever had in my life, the woman the helped us was rude from the moment we sat down, she did any thing she could to not accept our insurance even though the waco eye center next door accepted it twenty minutes earlier, when i explained that I'm on my biological fathers insurance per court mandate because of an active protection order because of domestic violence she acted like i was somehow the badguy when she asked another employee for assistance with the issue the other employee started saying loud enough for the entire store to hear that they may not accept my insurance without information that we would need to get from the attorney general of the state texas, clearly trying to embarrass us.
(Fyi I'm) 17.
So i rate them one star being that there is no zero star rating because if there was then i would rate it zero stars

Excellent service. Had 2 pairs ready in 38 minutes. Less than 80 dollars for everything. OTD. Staff extremely helpful, both from the older gentleman who answered the phone as well as the young lady who helped with the process. I actually see better with these glasses than the new ones I have from the VA . Thanks

Everything was top notch and I was in and out in just a few minutes and was promised my glasses in an hour…….. they were done in 28 minutes. I was in line at a store we went to, to kill time and was checking out when the text came telling us they were done. I think I found my new eye store! For 3 weeks I kept trying to get an appointment with my old doctor and they said they were booked solid. Now I’m glad.

I recently visited Eyemart Express for a new pair of glasses and safety/sunglasses, and I can honestly say it was the best optical experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism.
The staff, especially Cynthia, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand my needs, explain the different lens options without making me feel rushed, and helped me pick out frames that would fit the specialty lenses I needed.
Both sets of my new glasses were completed in less than an hour and when I picked up my new glasses, they made sure they were perfectly adjusted, and I could see clearly right away. I'm so thrilled with my new eyewear and the entire process.
