They don’t even deserve one star i bought six balloons that were not inflated. When i went to inflate them myself when i was going to use them they had a defect and were melted in the middle of ballooon. I tried 3 different ones they all had the defect could not use them. I took them back to store to exchange them and they would only exchange the ones that were not inflated? Why not the ones that had tried to inflate? They were barely inflated and they already saved money on helium because i wanted them not inflated! They were all defective but only exchanged 3 the ones that were not attempted to inflate they were all obviously defective. They do not stand behind their products ands there raised the price to 2.00 each.

Busy busy busy. They had all the items I came in to buy, and more!! For around 5pm on a Saturday evening, they REALLY needed more than 1 checkout cashier working!!!

Called the store to see if they had an item and associate actually walked and looked on the shelf. I’ve called before and was denied this service. Kudos to employees that value their job.

Management is horrible! Went in at a busy time just to grab a few things I needed. Manager was stocking then got called over the intercom and by and employee. The line was getting very long and the cashier needed help. Manager started bad mouthing the employee while customers were around. Got to the register and started complaining loudly and talking about her leaving the store and having put her 2 weeks in. She was cussing left and right about different things and all and all being very rude to the employees and customers..
Will not be coming back.

I don't know who the manager is there at this location on valley Mills but they definitely need to do something about their lines their product not being in stock constantly. I will say if I had to compare between the one in Bellmead on loop 340 to the one on valley Mills I would drive the extra miles to go to the one on loop 340. Friendly cashiers they greet you when you walk in the door, you know what day they're delivery day is, and I never ran out of my dog's favorite treats. Overall it's okay for a quick stop, but they need to straighten up their store.
