“Ollie’s was a good place to save money on many items, it is a calm and not so stressful environment to shop in, and the sales associates are all busy on the floor either stocking new items on the shelves or they are keeping the shelves as neat as possible. I will continue to shop at Ollie’s in the future.”
“My only negative is so much is crammed into the store, but the staff l engaged with at the Dollar General on Franklin in Waco went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me find what l came into the store to buy...even to the point of finding a cart for me to carry what l bought. Their attitudes were more than helpful, pleasent and courteous.I had no idea this was Dollar General...or at least at this location bc l had been to another location where l got the feeling l was almost an imposition. Here, they try harder...just as Avis car rental said they did years ago. I didn't feel like 'just' a customer!”

“There's always something new and cool to see and to buy. Everything is low priced and high quality. I bought myself a bento lunchbox and a noodle bowl, both for under 6$ apiece. There's a bunch of unique candy, gifts, and novelties to stuff Xmas stockings, Easter baskets, and party favor bags.”

“Customer service can be greatly improved. Waiting can be excessive, and the associate appears to be lagging. They make customers wait in a long line prior to helping. Theft Pervention is awful and annoying.”
“Very clean store, the isles are so close together like in most stores. The people that work there are very nice, and asked everyone who came in if they needed help. I will be going there more often!”
“First visit since the most recent remodeling. Outside cart returns were much needed. More of a grocery store like feel, which is a plus. Makes finding what you're looking for better and checkout has improved as well. The self-checkout register only accepts card only, but subject to change at a later update. Overall, I'll continue to return. Keep up the good customer service. Thank you.”
