This store manger is horrible. My mother is disabled and was yelled at for using the electric wheelchair in the mall. She had asked an employee if it was ok to take inside the mall and they said yes. When returning the wheelchair and leaving the store the manager started yelling at her and causing everyone to look at them. My mother kept saying I’m sorry and left the store in tears. This happened yesterday

I’m not sure if this location needs more workers or what. I came inside knowing exactly what I wanted. A pair of Nike Metcons. I went to the shoe station and noticed that no one was there. They had a tablet there that you could use for someone to bring you any pair of shoes you wanted to try on. I filled out all of my information and sat and waited for another 10 mins. No one came so I just left.

Store seemed to be well organized. Harker Heights didn't have my sons size in stock but Richland did so we made the drive. Tim was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for considering I don't visit this location often. Needless to say we got what we came for and headed out for our sons baseball tourney!

Only two employees scheduled for a Saturday morning—there must have been ten customers needing help. We went somewhere else. If you can’t schedule for a rush, then you need to find another way to sell shoes that’s not dependent on staff.

I went here specifically looking for michael jordan close for children. I drove almost an hour to get here. Apparently they don't sell michael jordan anything at that store! What waste of time for me. Small store inside of mall with overpriced items never will go back

Patrick K was absolutely amazing. I had to return two products due to damages and he offered to replace the products for free along with a gift card. He has awesome customer service and is a true gentleman. Would highly recommend you go to his store.
