We worked with Monali Pandya at Di'Amore Fine Jewelers for my engagement ring and I couldn't be happier! I stare at my ring at least a few times a day and I absolutely LOVE how it looks and feels.Monali made this process seamless and easy - stress free. She really takes time to understand her clientele, answer all the questions I had, educated me on different stones and how they are rated and listened to what I wanted in a ring. She was always enthusiastic to provide her input and listen to my desires - re-working the ring design as many times was necessary until it was absolutely perfect and what I wanted.I can't say enough how much I love the finished product and how much my experience with Monali was seamless. I am definitely going to go to her in the future for all of my jewelry needs!

Superb! My college ring is almost 20 years old and the middle stone had fallen out and was chipped. I brought the ring and stone to Di’amore for a quote to fix it. Rachel was very polite and professional and quick to get ahold of me with a quote and what the new stone would look like. My ring ended up being completed sooner than originally quoted time and when I went in to pick it up Rachel remembered me by name and ring! My ring looks amazing, better than when I first bought it! Not only did they replace my middle stone, but also reshaped and cleaned it! I’m so very happy with the service provided and the hospitality of Rachel as well.

They made the experience of picking out an engagement ring easy and stress-free. When I was ready to make a purchase, Chrissanne helped me through every step of the process. Everyone I spoke with there was very friendly and professional. Needless to say my now fiancé is very happy with the purchase. She can’t stop looking at the ring! Rachel came highly recommended. And no surprise for good reason. My best friend and husband loved working with Rachel and Di’amore. So when my daughter’s fiancé wanted to find the perfect ring I inquired. Rachel was informative and attentive to our wants and needs. Di'Amore Fine Jewelers is the best in Waco! They always have the perfect piece for gifts that I am buying, and when I was ready to upgrade my wedding ring and dimaond, I was amazed by how easy and fun it was to create my own custom design. Rachel and Chrissanne are so helpful and knowlegable and communicated every step of the process in a timely manner for me. The enitre staff is just amazing and I would never go anywhere else!
